Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy. Email and status updates? Always never there and we felt we were chasing them,like playing cat mouse game. Months went by and after almost a year, they still did not have a resolution to any settlement. Our cases, my sister that was also struck rear ended , never received any compensation for her bills or resolution. The only things were that we wish they would have been honest about the outcomes and how much we would be out if we would have proceeded further. Time was all we dealt with with Doan Law Firm. Later , both of their cases)they were both transferred to Alford & Clark Law Firm. I called her and until this day.....Not a Thing has been resolved.....What? Really????

Tracey & Fox got me the maximum settlement from my insurance without going to court! They were so friendly and made the process extremely easy. They completely led me though the process and I never felt overwhelmed. They got the full settlement quickly and did all the work for me. I was injured in a car accident. It was not a life altering, permanently debilitating injury. I injured my shoulder, it created radiating pain into my back and neck, but at first did not seem like it would lead to surgery. I dealt with Physical Therapy and Doctors for over a year before it was determined that I would have to have a surgery. The whole time, I told myself, "I don't need a lawyer." The insurance for the at fault party continued to call me and make me believe that they would take care of the liability. I released consent for them to collect my medical records and bills, and then realized they were doing nothing - just delaying. I contacted Lance Walters of Tracey and Fox, at which time all of my effort in dealing with the financial recovery was no longer my problem. It became effortless on my part. Lance and his Paralegal Angie Wilson handled everything. I had to make a little effort to help collect any information from my employer, but was well guided by Lance. At the end of the process Lance and his staff handled reimbursement to my primary healthcare, and left me with about four times what I was out of pocket for 2 years of medical co-pays and deductibles. A sincere thank you to my new friends Lance and Angie for all you have done. I don't want to sound like a canned advertisement, but if you were in an accident and you were hurt - no matter how minor. A good friend of mine recommended Lenahan Law to me after I was in a terrible car accident. I was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on the interstate. I stumbled upon Lenahan Law through a Google search and just happened to get Wes on the phone when I called in. My luck, I'm in the Austin area and found an attorney in another city, but the whole Lenahan team worked to make it effortless even though we were 200 miles apart. Wes was a great help in my case. Hired Dan to represent me in a personal injury case that is a slam dunk easily won. For 1 1/2 years he did not do anything other than file it. Then he turned it over to Layla a rookie and overwhelming case load. I called that was a joke she was never in the office and never returned my calls. So I emailed copying Dan and she wouldn’t answer the important questions just what she wanted to answer. Transparency heck no!!!!!! Read the other negative reviews there is a pattern of unethical,terrible,no conscience,immoral business practices. It’s almost impossible to find another firm to take my case because of time already wasted,their lack of working on the case, cleaning up their mess and catch up with the opposing counsel. So we parted ways and I am screwed! Several years of doctors,surgery and rehab and the legal part was a total train wreck. This firm and Dan are a joke! Then try and get my files back they can’t even do that. Everything BAD and UNETHICAL about the law firm they are at the very top of the list. The lawsuit ultimately was dismissed because of this joke of a law firm. Please,please do not hire this firm unless you want to lose your lawsuit and waste years of you’re life. Look at Dan’s FB you can see for yourself what he is doing other than taking care of business:traveling,scouts (seriously I wouldn’t want my sons have this guy as a scout leader). Wasted year’s of my life and still dealing with the medical from my accident. This guy needs to be disbarred and brought into law malpractice lawsuits and pay his clients because of his neglect and unethical practices!

Be careful with this law firm. The cases are not well attended. In my case I had to give my own follow-up for my work comp case. I almost lost my benefits due to the mishandling of documents of this law firm. If you have a work comp case, I recommend that you look for other lawyers. this law firm is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. after i went throughout physical therapy i never heard from anyone there. i had called ten times a day every day never getting in contact with anyone! maybe once or twice i spoke with the ladies there but of course no attorney was ever there. then after finding a new attorney through a different firm i tried to contact the morris firm to tell them they’ll no longer be handling my case, but guess what.. NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. they are absolutely terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They won’t fight for you go with a different lawyer. They’ll get you “treated” with at a pain and injury clinic. You’ll see a doctor for literally 5 minutes and will never see them again. The ladies will give you a sheet and tell you to do some stretches and they’ll put these electric shock patches on you thats it. Then they’ll deal with the insurance company, but if they deny your claim they won’t do anything. No investigation will be done at all they won’t push the insurance to investigate or anything at all they’ll get your statement and thats it. You’re better off just dealing with the insurance yourself or going to another lawyer. The women there are nice thats the only pro.

I would recommend them to anyone that's been involved in an accident and feels skeptical in engaging an attorney. When one gets into an accident, you're traumatized, confused, angry and helpless. That was me last year, getting all kinds of advice becomes your next norm, to use or not to use an attorney. I was in so much pain from my injuries but at the same time knew I had to act fast. I called Zinda Law Group for consultation, they took my case seriously and treated me with respect, they were very professional and understanding. Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed. My wife was in a serious accident and sustained substantial injuries. When we met with the Tate law office we new that we made a great choice on hiring them. First everyone was very concerned about my wife more like she was their family than a client. Christopher and Claire Tate are amazing they constantly kept us in the know. They always took our calls and when they couldn't they would call us the next day. Their staff is amazing to especially the receptionist Christina she has the best personality I've ever seen, always a smile and kind words. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and performed their jobs well. We never felt like just another client with dollar sign. We honestly believed that they had Wanda's best interest. The Tate law firm won our case and we received a bigger award than we first thought. One of the things that we liked the most was that they listened to us. They never talked down to us and explained everything in detail. And now even though our case is over Chris still called to check on Wanda, now that's an attorney that's rare in today's world. I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I have requested to speak to my lawyer handling my case 3 times on the last month plus and have gotten a call from 3 different people not one my lawyer. I am about to lose my home due to losing my job. I feel like this could have been avoided if they communicated to me in a better manner. Horrible handling of the case and of me as a client. I hate to but I feel like I must go get another lawyer to look into this situation and the way this has been handled. Don’t give this law firm your business.

I have not been satisfied with the service I have received from the Kelly Law Firm. I was sent to plenty of doctors after my auto accident. It was found that I needed neck surgery. Everything was moving forward and I informed my work that I would be having the neck surgery ad would need to have the time off once scheduled after being told by Kelly law 3 times that the surgery was approved. My work let me go because of the time I had to miss up to that point and the time I would need off after surgery for recovery. Then two days later I find out from the surgeon (not Kelly Law) that the other driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claim. It's been crickets since then from Kelly Law Firm. I have yet to receive a reason to how this could have been handled this way. Very unsatisfied with the service up too this point. This is the first google review I have ever done so I am not that type of guy. My advice would be to run from this law group. Thank you! Update: Several months later and still no change in service. Can’t get a call from my attorney (to be fair it has switched hands a handful of times) after several calls and attempts.
