My divorce case started in 08/18. At the time, I was self representing as I thought I would get a more agreeable settlement with my ex. Brian Dumeer is not a good attorney, he bribe me to convince my niece to change her deposition in court to favor his client and he was going to work on his client to give the custody to myself and he lied, he used a voice message that i did not allowed him to use since his client did not comply with the aggrement. The worst part was that he did charge the amount of $12,000 without my authorization, His client steeled my credit card and when i found out i requested a copy of the receipt and there was no signature. BE CAREFUL with this attorney, he requests the bail bond to refer him to criminals like the client he defended. I don’t know who is worst if his client that tried to kill her daughter and stole my credit card to pay his service or BRIAN DUMEER that accepted a credit card that wasn’t his client and charged and did not returned the money back in the card. He is not a good attorney; he makes deal with people to try to defend his client because he knows that some cases, he doesn’t have the capacity to do a good job. HE IS A CROOKED, 1O TIMES CROOKED. AN ATTORNEY THAT THREATS A 15 YEARS OLD TO CHANGE HER STATEMENT OTHERWISE HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEFEND AND KEEP HIS CLIENT OUT OF JAIL ISNT A GOOD ATTORNEY.
