If for some reason he cant, he will respond as soon as possible. I started out like ever other person that has a run in with law. Its the biggest deal ever to you, life as you know it is forever changed. You see little possibility of a positive outcome at the time etc... Charles does his best to thoroughly go over you case. First he wants to find out how are you doing? Rick is the best attorney ever! A year ago he went to court for me to get some cases expunged. He fought for me even with the D.A. Trying to fight against it. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH HOLDEN GREEN. I earned myself a felony when I was 19 years old, (55 years ago) ( 459 auto burglary). It caused me issues with employment and later when I started my business, on who I could get work from, and needless to say it was embarrassing. i did quite a bit of research on what needed to be done, and then I contacted a half a dozen attorneys in Santa Clara county. Right off the get-go several of the attorneys had no idea how to deal with this, so I randomly selected Holden, based on other positive reviews, to meet with first. That was in October 2020. We met in an outside cafe in down town San Jose ‘because of Covid’. He was VERY straight up about everything, he explained everything in detail, and all the steps, including the restoration of my 2nd amendment . rights, which is a separate step. He also made it very clear that the courts were a mess because of Covid, and I should be prepared for this going into Spring before I would get a court date. This is the only thing that Holden did not get correct; Holden called me on January 20th and told me that my felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and the misdemeanor has been expunged. So spring came on January 20th 2021 I found Holden to be very professional, and very thorough. He returned my emails instantly as well as my phone calls. This has been a very rewording experience. I am now 74 years old and this has been hanging over me for most of my life. I just regret that I did not do this many years ago.

Once you pay the whole amount up front (a must), this guy doesn't bother to return your calls, texts or even emails until the night before case hearing(if your'e lucky). I don't understand why he has good reviews, I generally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Went through a nightmare dealing with this guy.

Vijay is a very good attorney. I call him brother and he is like a brother to me. I approached him with my DUI case and while the case was pending I was charged with Domestic violence felony. I am an immigrant and was terrified that I might get deported as I planned my whole future in USA. Vijay helped me with both DUI and DV case and got them dismissed with out any immigration consequences to me.

I am certain that my case would have went much different if I hadn’t hired Mr. Ajlouny to represent me. Not only is it obvious that he has a great standing relationship within the DA office considering his 25+ years on the job, but he was a total shark in the case of my DV charges. He went to every extent to fight for my good name and in the end it was Mr. Ajlounys hard work and confidence that ended up getting my case entirely DISMISSED! This came as a shock to a lot of people because the evidence against me didn’t look too good. Mr. Ajlouny was able to to prove my actions were based on self defense which is truly the honest reason I was in this predicament. But how do you prove that in court? Ed Ajlouny is a competent attorney who has seen it all. He has a shrewd legal acumen and professional demeanor. Ed is able to assess how your case will turn out and, if you follow his instructions, your outcome will be as he predicted. I found him to fair about his retainer and in court, he is organized, reliable and tenacious. In fact, now that I look back on how much he did for me, he was a bargain. Years later he was able to produce some information I needed on the spot.
