I hired the Hennenburg team to handle my case, and Attorney Justin Withrow took it for a reasonable cost. I was amazed at the level of effort put into my case, when most other attorneys I spoke with told me it was small. They were available for me every time I called, emailed or texted. I received the best defense I could have hoped for under very difficult circumstances. I worked with Justin Withrow, who is an attorney at the law firm of Michael C. Hennenberg. I had a few minor misdemeanors (4) and one misdemeanor 4th degree unlawful use of property. Most were open containers and disorderly conducts the m-4 was related to unlawful use of property again related to collage hooliganism. I wanted to let everyone know that although the matters were basically minor they were complicated due to the fact there were multiple offenses which undoubtedly complicates things. The process was very clear and Justin gave me very clear instructions of what I had to do to prove I was rehabilitated, and of a higher moral character now then before. I included a personal narrative, pictures of my family, professional credentials and accomplishments. He submitted everything and had a court date scheduled soon after. Justin accompanied me to this hearing that lasted only a few minutes. My petition was successful and I had my record sealed. Justin also left the door open to contact him if I had any questions related to his work or related to what i may or may not need to report on future applications for employment. I cannot stress enough how professional Justin was and how efficient the Law Firm of Michael C. Hennenberg operated. He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and was constantly keeping me updated by phone, text, and email. Team Hennenberg was the absolute right choice for my sealing/expungement case. Justin successfully sealed/expunged two convictions - one in a municipal court and one in a common pleas court. These two cases had been in litigation more than ten years ago as a single case that concluded with a negative outcome. I approached your firm with anxiety, apprehension, and hope. Because of being from another state, I was also nervous about working with someone without a face-to-face meeting. Within a week of your accepting representation, my nervousness dissipated. Brad Wolfe was available to us instantly. At the time of my arrest, we called him and he was in court for me first thing the very next morning. At that hearing, he was able to have me released from jail without paying bond. In addition, he was able to help avoid additional charges against me in Geauga County by working directly with their prosecutors. He explained the duplicity of the charges (because I was also charged in Cuyahoga County) and they agreed to drop anything that was duplicated. That was huge. He endlessly spoke with me, attorneys in his firm, attorneys outside his firm, and various other 'players' to discuss strategy and to make a plan. He sent me for a comprehensive mental health assessment and from there aimed for and was able to work me into a court program called 'In Lieu of Conviction' (ILC). This means ALL of my very serious felony charges (5 felony charges in total) will be dismissed upon my successful completion of a treatment program specifically designed for my issues. I will be on probation and follow all of those rules set forth, and have community service which I'm happy to complete. I've known for a long time I needed help and we were able to work with the court to make this possible. Because of Brad, I will get help I desperately need, have a real chance at recovering my mental health, and become a responsible member of society again. Also, I will say again, I will have all of my charges dismissed completely. Brad was available by phone or text morning, noon, and night. He called me every time there was new information or had questions so we could make a plan, or just to listen to me when I was at my worst. He will still be there for me if I need him now. He will work endlessly for you. I can not thank him enough. He truly cares and will do anything within his power to help.

Michael is an attorney that goes above and beyond in every possible way. At the expense of a happy family life I’m sure, he spends about 20 hrs out of 24 helping his clients. Michael Goldberg is literally an amazing man. I caught a Felonious assault case and while fighting the case I was ordered house arrest until the case was over. I had another lawyer before I found Michael Goldberg who was literally losing my case to the point the only plea deal that was offered to me was a F3. I’m currently in nursing school , but was kicked out due to a felonious assault charge. I work at the county hospital which I was on a pending termination due to this charge and neither the school or work cared that I wasn’t convicted. It was the fact that something occurred and it was a “felony”. I was literally a sinking ship on top of the previous lawyer was in the court room getting chewed out by the prosecutor so again I was “losing” my case and I had a judge who meant serious business. She was absolutely under no circumstances “NO JOKE”. Someone said to me “you need Michael Goldberg bad” and I said to my friend “who is Michael Goldberg” my friend told me “Michael Goldberg is what they call a power horse and a power horse is a lawyer who means business and don’t stop. They don’t care who the judge is, they don’t care who the prosecutor is they are not to be toyed with and you will get phenomenal results and you need him really bad because you getting ready to lose everything you worked for behind this F2 case” I then googled him called his office and set up a meeting with him. When I met him what I loved most was he was straight to the point no bs and he didn’t sell me anything just to take my money. When I tell you this man saved my job he didn’t stop there , he also saved my career by the glory of god. He first got the charge dropped to a misdemeanor 1 and then I found out I couldn’t work at the hospital with the M1 he then went back and got it dropped “AGAIN” to a misdemeanor 3 in which I was able to enroll back into school with as well as continue to keep my nursing position at the hospital. This man is truly smart, professional, quick responding (even if he has another case and is at court) and knows exactly what to do. I felt at ease and no longer scared because I knew I had Mr.Goldberg. Thank you so much again Michael for everything you did for me to go from a “felonious assault” to a “misdemeanor 3” is not at all common and does not happen. I’m no longer on house arrest and moving forward with my life. I for sure would trust him and bud my life on him because he’s worth it and was very reasonable with his price. Thank you

I am glad to place this review for Michael and his team. I was recently released from Federal Prison after serving a fraction of the time I was supposed to serve, thanks to the incredible work done by Michael. I was indicted on an extremely complex case involving Wire Fraud and when I saw the case laid out to me by Michael, I realized that I was facing up to 20 years in prison. He went to work and all along the way he was EXTREMELY honest with me about what was happening. After months of work, he struck a deal and though I did not want to settle, I realized that I would only do a little over a year instead of 20 AND he was able to negotiate a plea that could not be changed at sentencing. I had serious trust issues in my life until I met Michael and sat in prison realizing what he actually did for me....HE SAVED MY FREAKING LIFE! I would highly recommend talking with him before you make any legal decisions. Thanks again Michael!

I meet Christopher a year ago when he was working on my case and he treats his client like family not like someone who just want to get paid. He's very good at his job and took my highest felony to a misdemeanor that's expungeable which he's working on now for me. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Thomarios 2 yrs ago and I must say his first impression was and still is outstanding. He has become part of the family at least that's how he makes you feel. I've utilized his services on more then one occasion. First time I met him was for a judicial release, second time a felony that got dropped without probation or no fine, last but not least a gun charge out in Lorain where charges was dropped down to disorderly conduct now talk bout excellent services and knowledge. I have him on speed dial. He fight your case as if he was the defendant.. I highly recommend him. He's very upfront and will not let you believe nothing that's not true. I scheduled a consultation and honest mistake I really didn’t pay attention to where he was located I was in a rush to find someone for my case so he was in OH and im in TX. He was so disrespectful, I ask if I could get advice and just gave the most selfish and most rude response. Like the person I spoke to when I scheduled was super nice great experience but once I spoke to that lawyer it was the complete opposite. Like he had no sympathy at all, we’re all humans and we all make mistakes but he obviously did not care.

Pro's: Very clean shop, nice merchandise. They have necklaces and scented candles downstairs in the basement and do readings by appointment. Cons: Hard to find a place to park, stairs to the basement are a bit steep and lack adequate railing. Merchandise is very pricey.
