I was initially facing 6 years in prison for a felony DUI with injury. I had found Mr. Tucci from a friend of a friend, who highly recommended him. Mr. Tucci represented me for many years from a DUI, which made life very stressful and challenging for a long time. However, he never gave up no matter how challenging things got and was able to get me two dismissals from the same DUI after the first dismissal was overturned. We chose this law office due to the reviews on here but were sadly misled. It has been nothing but a pain to deal with when it comes to the secretaries and/or front staff at the office. The attorneys are great and acknowledge all questions and issues. However, they let their secretaries do all the emails and forwarding from the courts which led to a lot of miscommunication, frustration and more money being spent on our end for little things that was not stated to us through emails. Overall we were sadden when it came down to the outcome of our case since we were told that they could help out veterans. This is in no way to say this was a bad choice, we just wish the staffing and communication was better so this process could've been smooth and stress free.

You will not find a more consummate, professional attorney then Todd Landgren. His skills and competence are second to none. I had a felony case in CA that haunted me for 3 years and for the first time ever, I was concerned for my future. Over a 4 month period, I spoke to more attorneys than I could count on two hands; some I was able to get a hold of and some I couldn't even get past reception. This is exactly what happened to me and if this doesn't already tell you about the character of this reputable attorney then check his website and these raw and heart warming reviews. I was involved in an auto accident that was my fault and because I was afraid and acted out of that instinct I was charged with a hit and run felony, even though I returned. When I thought all hope was gone, I met this man of God by divine intervention! I was searching for criminal defense attorneys in OC and he was the first to pop up! Out of so many choices I knew it was God-ordained! At the time I was waiting for the police report for months and all to no avail. He will fight for you I really mean it .My husband was being ordered to register for life as a sex offender when his offense was not a registible offence. We lost everything due to this case. Our children were the one who suffer the most, their father couldn't even take them to a park, homelessness, being denied housing due to this matter, injustice. In 2008 I needed an expungement done on my record and she was not only able to grant me this but she handled it well and gave no problems. However, I don't know what happend with the people that gave her one star. That's unfortunate if the quality of her services went downhill after 2008! Lastly, due to her doing this, I've had no issues with applying for jobs since nor issues with background checks, criminal or otherwise.

Staycie Sena, is oustanding! She has made the impossible happen in our case. My dogs were taken away by OC Animal Care on a false claim and even though we were told I wouldn't be able to get them back to our family she brought our family together and got our babies home. My son over everyone thanks the lucky stars for Staycie. Our nightmare wasn't finshed there, we were being charged with a felony (w/prison time) but she really battled it out with the proscuter and the judge to bring it down to a misdemeanor which was better than anything I could ever hope for. She called me back right away. Was not willing to negotiate fee and wanted $500 upfront to write a letter. Her website states responsible rates and payment plans I was not given that option. When someone is in trouble it is not unheard of they need help NOW Ms.Sena said if I couldn't pay $500 today I should do it myself I wouldn't be calling her if I could.

If you want a law firm to do half the job then this would be the place. Now in the effort to be fair they did cover half of what they agreed to. The law firm the attorney appointed to my case did do my DMV hearing for me, afterwards they said they would reach out and let me know what happened. I never heard back and received the results of the hearing via a letter from the DMV. I called the law firm and nobody answered. I tried again about a week later and they said my attorney was in court and he would contact me. Side note: he never did. I tried reaching out to him and the secretary via email a few times and was met with no response. When it came time for my arraignment however, I received no communication on their part. I did try to contact them about a week and half before and was again met with “your attorney should reach out to you before your trial” lo and behold come day of my trial I had no heard from him. So I show up to my arraignment without my legal representation that I had hired them for go through that process as best I could. I think it’s done with and over, and I had been upset and fed up with the experience so I decided to write it off as poor luck and poor research on my part before I had hired them. That was until I got a call from a very confused attorney (and a very upset me on the other end) as to why he had showed up and heard I pleaded out. I asked him why I hadn’t been contacted and why there had been a severe lack of communication on their end as to what the process would look like for me, to which I heard nothing but stuttering apologies. Now this is the part that Spurs me to write the review and share my experience. He said that a partner would contact me within a week, it has now been close to four weeks and I haven’t heard a thing from the law firm. I write this in hope that this will change the communication on their part and create a better experience for anyone who decides to hire them, also as a word of caution before you move forward in deciding this may be the law firm for you.

Let me tell you about Mark Schafer! LET ME TELL YOU!!! So just to start things off, I have really bad anxiety, I have really bad depression, so when I received a letter in the mail that I had gotten a warrant, I panicked like I had never panicked in my anxiety ridden life. Right I away I started crying, I was afraid, I had no idea what it meant, what I had to do, I was completely and utterly lost. I called my best friend and she recommended me to visit Mark. I called him and mind you it was an early morning on Monday, he immediately calmed me down, and invited me to his office for a consultation. As soon as I met him, he took a look into my case, read the file, ran through every step that he could take to have the warrant taken care of and he answered all my questions concerning the matter of my case. He made me feel relaxed, and he made me feel very reassured. I had my doubts at first, but just how things are going with COVID, I needed this case to go away, so I took a chance and called Mark and immediately he sent out an email, he made calls and less than a week later, my warrant was gone. Originally, I gave Mr. Aguilar one star. Then Mr. Aguilar called me and discussed my situation at length. He explained the situation right now regarding the pandemic and why services are interrupted at this time. Although he handles state criminal cases, he did discuss my federal issue. I was totally satisfied with my conversation with him. I would recommend him to anyone that has a state criminal issue. Although, I have dealt with a lot attorneys in the past due to the work I did, he instilled confidence in me. Totally satisfied. Five stars for sure.

No one really wants to hire a lawyer or go to court but if you do Jina Kim is your attorney. We went into her office asking a lot of questions and we were unsure what the process was. Jina did not sugar coat it. She explained everything in detail and told us what the best and worst-case outcomes could be. Every time we had a question she would answer them and when the court date arrived she went to fight for us. She was able to get us the best outcome. I am very happy with all the customer service that we received not only from Jina but with her office staff too.
