George was honest and down to the point when it came to my case. It ended up being dropped in the end. I am more than pleased with his services. 10/10 would recommend God forbid someone I knew needed it.

If you are ever in need of lawyer that is not only honest and thorough but also remarkable at what he does, George is your guy. What normally would have taken over a year to wrap up, my case took a little over 6 months. It was a very seamless legal process (even though quite nerve wracking because you know.. this is my life and a lot was at stake) but I came out on top all thanks to him. He answered all of my questions, walked me through the entire process and what I should be expecting, and was on top of my case the entire time. I found George to help with a case from 5 years ago. Due to neglecting to complete my community service there was open warrant. George took the time to understand my case and why I was revisiting it after all this time. He was patient and sincere with his plea. After hours of waiting in the courthouse, George spoke with the judge and somehow had the case closed and completed. I'm extremely grateful for his help!

I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

I initially hired another law firm to handle my case. I found myself constantly calling them for updates and they never had any answers. After two years I switched law firms and hired Sakkas, Cahn and Weiss. They explained the process clearly, called me with updates and settled my case in less than six months. My brother had a case and switched as well. He also loves them. Before I met Ben, I had a horrible experience with a lawyer/firm who I thought had excellent credentials. I did my homework by researching its beautiful website, nice office with coffee in Long Island, NY, etc., but to my surprise they were the worst service I have ever experienced (and I am in Sales/ Customer Service). They never picked up the phone, never replied to my emails and when I had someone one on the phone, I had to go over my case again and again. They overcharged me without having any court hearings and no advancements for almost 1 year in my divorce case, the second lawyer from the firm was worse than the first one. As a result, I decided to drop this firm and did not want them to represent me any longer. At the time my ex was harassing me, the courts were an unknown process for me, and the judges were unpleasant to deal with. It was a very stressful time. I found Ben through a friend’s reference, she said he ended complicated cases successfully. My ex was making everything expensive by stalling the process in any way he could, he had the money to play with because he was not paying child support. In a one-hour meeting with Ben, he did more than the other firm did in the one year they had represented me: • He quickly understood my case; • All assets involved • Custody of my daughter • Child support • He was realistic, not raising my expectations that we could end the divorce too quickly. Finally, Ben had a strategy that gave me a couple of options to deal with my ex’s unpredictable behavior. He made me feel confident he was taking care of my case, not like the other lawyers that did not even know my name after thousands of dollars wasted. He strategically got my ex in court by filing 2 motions. The result is my ex, after trying to escape his responsibility, settled the divorce case by signing the papers. I recommend Ben’s services because it is hard to find a lawyer that is considerate of your situation and really cares. I recommend his services.

Mr. Perez is what every attorney should aspire to be. Someone close to me had the unfortunate experience of being arrested. After speaking with multiple attorneys, we hired Mr. Perez because of his honesty, experience and knowledge within this field. Throughout the entire process Mr. Perez was patient with us. All of our questions were answered promptly and in great detail. At no time did he showed any signs of unwillingness towards helping us. JK was amazing from start to finish. My husband was falsely accused in a criminal case and JK provided amazing advice and fought for my husband every step of the way. The victims statement was eventually recanted and JK's counsel on what my husbands rights were was always on point. I was visiting in New York this past July and was arrested at LaGuardia for carrying a stun gun of all things. We are allowed to carry in Florida and I forgot it was in my purse. Kristen was absolutely phenomenal. I have never had to use a lawyer before and with all the options in NYC, its tough knowing if you have the right one. After consulting with other attorneys, I chose to retain Julie for a criminal case last March. My experience is very much in line with the other 5-star reviews. She is transparent, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about the process. I felt that she and her colleague Kristen were immediately responsive and started working on the case as soon as possible. I had a personal line to both attorneys and could reach them 24/7/365, no matter the time, through text/call or e-mail. Julie is not hard to look up, so if you are are nervous about retaining her services, do your research online first. The attorney I met at my consultation was beyond what I expected. I feel I received the best outcome possible, and thanks to her suggestions, unfortunately or fortunately, have also received positive benefits in my personal life. If you want someone who pays attention to detail, is honest, responsive, experienced, sets realistic expectations, works diligently and remains available, whether it is Julie or Kristen, you will find that here. I encourage you to ask any and every question you have, I was always satisfied by their honest and useful responses. I will add, I didn't realize how much a client's part can play in these matters. Please do keep that in mind that when retaining counsel it is not "set it and forget it". You must actively participate in your own defense.
