I hired Mr. Bombardo after researching attorneys very carefully. My husband is a powerful man with connections everywhere, and I needed someone who would not be intimidated and that I could trust to fight for me. Retaining Mr. Bombardo was one of the best decisions I ever made! He took the time to talk to me about all the issues in my case and all my fears and concerns. He answered every question I had. He fought hard for me from day one and even took my call late in the evening once when I had an emergency. He always return my calls promptly. My husband‘s attorney was very aggressive and tried to intimidate me into settling on my husband’s terms. Richard reassured me that his position was unreasonable and that it was a fight I should win. Richard went toe to toe with him and my husband’s strategy backfired. After two days of trial, he was forced to settle. I got a very favorable settlement, and I am eternally grateful for Richard’s representation and guidance through this most difficult of times.

Mr. Bombardo helped me out with a rough situation I was put in. I contacted many attorneys and none would help me in my case except Mr. Bombardo, and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. If you are looking for a divorce lawyer- do not use Richard Bombardo! There are countless reasons why not to use him. He quoted me two prices for uncontested and contested divorce. My ex and I walked in, signed papers with one small conversation lasting approximately 1 minute while in the office- he charged me for a contested saying we didn’t have things worked out prior, which I believe was $500 more. He then did not answer his phone when our papers should have been ready to sign- he left town for a few weeks and by the time he came back to town my ex wanted everything back that he had originally agreed to. I lost the house and a lot of money. He did not encourage me to go for any alimony even though my ex made 4 times as much as me. Then Richard sent me nasty messages acting as if he were the victim. I walked away from a seven year marriage to a narcissist only to google this guy and get treated like garbage even further. I would not recommend using him as a lawyer at all unless you want to get taken advantage of and walk away with nothing from your marriage and less money in your pocket from this lawyer.

Vince Finnochio handled my divorce and was excellent. I never thought such a favorable outcome was possible. The office gave me immediate updates and did an outstanding job explaining the process. Finocchio represented my ex wife against me on 2 occasions. He couldn't even remember her name. And he lost. Both times. I actually felt bad for her. All the reviews that state he is out for cash are dead on. Stay away.

I went to see Vince for a divorce. He is an honest straight forward guy. He talks fast but he gets results. He helped me through a difficult time in my life. I felt he was more upfront about what to expect than other attorneys. I cant Thank him enough.

English is out and our case turned over to Finocchio and the "office manager" is a witch. She sent out wrong information to 3rd parties without even speaking to us or Finocchio. Finocchio won't even call us and wants us to sit on our hands until February. I am so sad Caroline left, she was amazing. We are changing lawyers due to the incompetence and attitude from this "office manager". She is rude and inappropriately making moves to ruin cases.

Mr. Baska was one of the best lawyers that I have ever used I have been having him help resolve my 48 suspensions. weather your paying him $0 or $100,000 he treats you the same he makes it his duties to keep all his clients up to date every week especially if you are incarcerated and I'm like him mostly because Onondaga County Da tried to screw him and it just shows how he take his lawyer clients privately and he doesn't tell you things to give you false hope

Kristine was our lawyer for a couple years. She started out great, answering all of our questions, returning calls and emails. Then it went downhill once we started going to court, we got a horrible custody deal. She did not explain the order well enough to us, she never answers emails and only return calls when shes driving home from work and doesn't have our file in front of her to answer any questions yet still charged the same as if we were in her office for an appointment. A custody order is not something that can be taken lightly and has to be followed. When i email my lawyer with a concern or question regarding my order I expect my lawyer to respond within a day, not weeks. Nice lady, but always seems to busy to do her job. A perfect example is I emailed her 2/20/2020, and 2 times in March, I am still waiting for a response.

It was a pleasure working with Mr Lawrence with my custody case. He was very professional,direct and upfront about everything. He always answered any and every question in a timely fashion. He was able to get the job done with everything I requested. I'm so happy and feel so comfortable and at peace with my court results. Mr. Krieger is the best attorney in Rochester. As in all divorces, we all face the emotional drains of the process and the unrealistic demands of our soon to be ex-spouses. I was referred to Mark by a close friend, and was the best advice I ever received. After he heard my story (I was also recovering from a surgery for 6 weeks during this), he laid out the ground work for the next steps and provided me ample information as to how NYS Law looks into these divorce cases. He is honest in setting appropriate expectations, very responsive to his clients concerns and questions. During frustrating portions of the legal proceedings (my ex was very unreasonable on what she wanted), Mark helped me remain centered and focused on the larger goal for me, and together we succeeded. Mark's professionalism and diligence to his clients (along with his peers) stands out to me as one of the best and have no issues referring anyone to him in the future. On a personal note, outside the standard "attorney/client relationship, he is a good man to have a conversation with and I'll never be able to thank him enough for everything he has done for me.
