Does not honor religious rights or customs. I would avoid this firm unless you are willing to do deals with evil. I won my case.. so I'm not just a disgruntled client. She disrespected my family and made us appear as sinners before God.

I was told at my consult that she had years of experience, she does not perform as a professional attorney. Her staff failed to properly file my case documents, they withheld documents from opposing counsel and same documents were requested multiple times to resubmit. I was charged multiple times for same documents. I wasted time and money on this attorney. She didn't handle either of my 2 cases in a professional manner. I was charged for her to review how to submit documents to the court, that was never completed or filed. I feel this attorney preys on people who need advice and direction- I failed to get advice that should have been provided. Over charged and falsified double billing, when I left this attorney failed to respond about false billing and double billings. I show have reported her to the Oregon Bar Association. But it's too late now. This attorney is unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don't hire her, you'll regret it. She is lazy, she released attorney-client privileged information to opposing counsel to aggravate respondent and cause more issues with case.

Although I ended up getting what I want, there was so much stress and frustration. I’ve spent thousands on papers we didn’t use once in court. There small little hidden fees. My case was a custody issue so dealing with my daughter was very hard and emotional for me. That being said I would have appreciated more compassion , understanding and listening from Sarah. I felt like I wasn’t heard and the answers I would give we’re shoved to the side or some how not good enough. If it weren’t for her assistance who is an angel. I’m not sure I would have stayed. Over all I did get that I wanted but it was about $10,000 to cry and stress out. Everyone has there opinion.

Despite the complications involved (I am from out of state), Sarah sounded confident that she could get sole custody for me. And she did. She and Mesa were always there to calm me down when this case made me anxious, they made sure I understood the legal processes at work and that I understood my options. They treated me fairly and handled my case aptly. Best decision I made this year.

Mr. Jones was everything you could ask for in family law representation. He handled my case in the middle of covid which family law in its self is hard enough but with that on top of that he did an outstanding job. He answered every question I had easily came up with a game plan that suited my situation. And walked me though every step of the way. When I first went to Mr. Jones being a father when it comes to the courts I was incredibly worried. I ended my case With paying a reasonable amount for incredible service. I am on a fixed limited income. Thought this place would be cheaper then regular attorney (that is the impression they put out). It is NOT! I constantly had to call attorney to find out what was going on. (I was still in the same house as my now ex...and KNEW what his lawyer had done, as he had told me)....yet it took my lawyer weeks to respond. My case has been closed for two months, I was told they would refund what wasn't used of my funds, yet I've still not gotten the money back. I am however still getting the monthly billing envelope..........and have to call many times to get an account balance. Financial dept needs to step up their game......... I do not recommend this place!

This is a special Legal Clinic, and I called both this and it's other location twice last month and left messages, and neither one of the locations responded to me. Luckily, I was able to find help with my issue from another agency. Definitely would not advise these people, as they did not even have the courtesy to call me back, as I had left my messages which was the only option they gave me, requesting a call back, which never happened. They just leave you hanging, Wasting your time, and possibly causing you more issues because of Any Time deadlines you might have. Therefore, I would suggest you go to them in person and hope that somebody is there, or that you use a different agency all together, so that you know that competent people will actually respond to you, even if it's just to tell you that they cannot assist you. Good luck!

Terrible terrible experience. Rude and completely unhelpful receptionist who knew very little about our case yet still belittled us when we had questions. Told us we owed more than we actually owed. Never returned our calls or messages. Avoid these people if you can. And if anyone from the clinic sees this please make necessary changes. The people in your community deserve it.
