I truly cannot write a review that gives enough praise to Mrs. Frazier and her incredible team. I contacted Mrs. Frazier when I knew I would be moving out of state with my son which would open up a previous custody agreement for revision. I needed someone on my team to fight with me with everything they had. Mrs. Frazier and her team immediately jumped on board with me and held my hand the entire time. She fought hard and always gave me the most honest input for the next steps. In the end, we walked away with more than what we thought possible because of the work she put in. Before working with Angela Frazier I had another well known attorney in the Greenville represent me and completely botched my first agreement... Do not make the initial mistake I made... Going through a separation or divorce is never easy, and when it is unexpected makes it even more difficult, either way most people are just trying to cope with a significant life changing event. Figuring out the next step and the best way to handle the situation is tough for anyone. The circumstance that I was in, like every case, is different from that of others, however, I found myself doing what anyone reading this is doing and that is trying to find an attorney that could help. I called several attorneys and considering money was an issue it was frustrating to have office after office quote me by the hour, the half hour, and in one case by the minute. Calling Christine M. Howard office was a completely different experience, with the person answering the phone, Lisa, taking the time to talk to me, without any pressure, she was helpfully and made everything as clear as she could from the outset, which made the decision to set-up an appointment that much easier. From the first call, through meeting with Christine and working with her and her team throughout the process, has been like that first call, a different experience. Different from other attorneys I have worked with and from what I have heard from others that have been through this and how their experience differed. There was no quote by the hour, no “plus expenses,” rather the rate was set to do a job that was clearly outlined from the start. Christine and her team did that job with a level of professionalism, understanding of differing needs, a willingness to explain questions and concerns, and always quick to respond to emails or calls, all of these things have become a rarity in any profession. Do NOT allow her to be a guardian for your children. Fight that tooth and nail. Be careful because if you show concern that she’s not doing her job in a fair way - meaning just following the law - she will make you pay more than money. She has no problem misrepresenting your case in court. Beware.

I met Kevin through a recommendation. During our first initial consultation, I knew that this is the lawyer I would want on my side. The best decision I could have made, in contacting Kevin to help me with my divorce. I contacted Kevin when my back was against the wall in my divorce proceedings. Time was of the essence and Kevin guided me through everything that was required to achieve an equitable resolution and dissolution of my marriage. In your consultation, be ready to hear it as it is, because he's not going to sugar coat your situation. He knows what is needed to get a fair settlement. He won't be unprepared like other attorneys might be, which is a huge advantage in negotiations. Basically, this man has been around the block legally, yet still young and passionate about his clients cases to give them 100%. He won't be using your case as a learning experiment and knows how many cases, is too many at any particular time. I really got lucky in calling Kevin. I did look into his educational background and credentials before making the call, both of which seemed superior to anyone else I looked into, but I was still going into it with no recommendations. Maybe recommendations are overrated, because making that call to Kevin got me up to speed quick and honestly, helped me get the best outcome I could have hoped for.

First of all, I would like to say to those who do not have faith in the justice system regarding men and child custody that things have changed. Thanks to Mr. Brian Johnson I now have custody of my son. Brian and his paralegal, Marla are great! Their hard work and dedication to my case helped the judge see that my son deserves to live with me. I wasn't able to get my visitation on a regular basis because my son's mother kept him away. Even though the case Brian represented my ex in back in 2015-2016 was lost, I must give credit where it is due. Brian was very prompt with communication. He was available every day by email and text. He always answered within an hour. He was more then reasonable with his fees. He did what he could with what he had. He had a lot of faith in me, perhaps too much, and how hard i worked on my ex husbands custody case. But ultimately it was up to the ex husband to fight his own battle, and because of his own choices the case was lost. I'm not sure if it would have made a difference if Brian himself appeared to the final hearing instead of a last minute replacement colleague. In hindsight, probably not. Thanks Brian. I definitely believe all the other great reviews, because i know if circumstances were different you could have easily won the case for my ex back then. Like they say you can lead a horse to water....

Catherine Christophillis is a rockstar of a guardian at Leitem for children. She is the definition of exactly what a guardian should be. In 2017 she was hired to represent my daughter. On numerous occasions she had to remind me that she was not my attorney LOL. She did however look out for my daughter‘s best interest. Since 2017 I have been engaged and my fiancé was provided with a guardian. That is when I realize how blessed I was and my daughter to have had Catherine represent her. I cannot believe how some of these guardians or allowed to practice. If you’re reading this and looking for a guardian ad litem, do not I repeat do not look any further.
