My wife and I had Keith prepare our wills , power of attorney,advance directives,etc, about 2 years ago. It was a package deal for both of us and was easy to do, very fast turn around and very,very reasonable. Sadly, my wife passed away last summer .All the documents Keith prepared were accepted by the bank,medical providers,etc without question. Then,I had Keith handle the probate hearing. I never realized that a will and being named beneficiary was not enough and I still needed to go through probate to get “ validated” as the Executor even though I was named so in the Will. I got the final documents I needed to fulfill my duties as Executor a few days later.
