A person ran a red light and totaled my car. I had a baby in the car, my mother and myself. Luckily my baby was ok but my mother and went to the doctor for months after the accident because both of us were in alot of pain. The insurance offered a low settlement and this lawyer after trying to get more money recommended we settle. I wanted to go to court but he said it would cost more to do that? Called in to get a general consultation and establish what might be involved after a car accident with faulty airbags. I provided my first and last name contact information and then was asked for my address, while being asked I was told if I don't feel comfortable giving the information out then I do not need to. I asked why this was needed and if they disclose my information to other parties.
