I contacted Carolyn when I got into my accident in January and she came as a referral to me from my parents. Right away, she was so kind and compassionate and did not make me feel overwhelmed or (more) stressed. The whole team handling your case is kind,friendly, and very efficient. When you call or go to the office, they make you feel at home. Anxiety goes out the window. They listen to you and they get the case finished. I was with a different legal group and felt like my claim was in a volleyball game being passed along to wear the client out. On a Dr appointment I drove by the office, turned the car around, while waiting in traffic I wrote the phone # down. When I got home, I called, Carolyn Salzman said she would take my case. Her voice was soothing, she explained it would be easy to release the other legal group and it was. They are very professional and they give away their backpack full of great goodies that are so useful. QUALITY and COMPASSION. You can have a face to face visit with them not wait a year to hear from the attorney handling your case and leave you to the mercy of the case manager. I recently looked for representation for my mother. Because of the structure of the United States Post Office she caught her foot between the curb and a parking beam. She suffered a broken arm which now has a plate and 7 screws in it and also separated her quad muscle from her leg which after 8 months is still healing. I looked to the law firm for help . After evaluating the case they've decided that because it was a US Post Office it takes forever to get a settlement and very costly. Consequently they decided not to represent my mother. So I asked the question are they there to help people or they to strictly look out for their own bottom line. I'm disgusted with their pathetic decision which translates into if there's not enough money in it for us we're not going to do it. In the meantime my 80 year old mother continues to suffer on a daily basis. You tell me is this the kind of Law Firm you want to represent you. I realize they get some positive reviews but keep in mind these are all people will they have just gotten money for. Again they couldn't give two Hoots about my mother because of the cost it was going to cost them to represent her. I think there should be a law against that don't you? My goal is simple if only one person reads this that goes to another firm I would be satisfied. This firm has no business advertising how helpful they are to people.

RIght after the accident the doctor did not give me the pills, told me to talk to him and I was in pain (which releases adrenaline) and guided me to forgiving a person who was high on marijuana into letting him go and not calling the police. I was like, in pain and was like lets do it. The money was not fine, as I had been guided after returning from abroad. Then while meetings and phone calls kept trying to put me into Uber when I was going to college. The words were obviously trying to convince me to get an uber when I was like I will use the money to study or see what I can do. Which caused me so much confusion that I had to flea, thinking that I was being kidnapped from Uber to work or something, when in reality he was thinking of placing me into Uber. I was doing Masters in computer science and it was wasted on the first semester. While phone calls kept yelling at me (using rude tones) & then when I talked what my mom told me to say, he became angry again.He left me alone in the United States of America as I had no Idea what was going on, didn't have enough money to go to the psychologists. The Uber costed a lot and I was also being phone called from him to pick up my bike while injured and take it to the bike deal. Then I did not know if he was asking me to act. Then when I went to doctor, the german doctor told me that I am fine while the paksitani doctor (the paksitani doctor was his friend and refered me to him) told me that I had terrible condition. By that time, the Brett dude had successfuly brain washed me with all the pills of painkillers from doctor to leave any connection with my family, sense of self, & here I am. Once again, the only think that kept me going was instagram or taking pictures for instagram so I can stay alive with a purpose.

Brian Murry has an excellent reputation amongst other area lawyers -- I was referred to him by a lawyer at a different firm who takes similar cases but didn't have time to address mine quickly enough. Brian ultimately declined the case after his medical expert reviewed the records, but he was attentive and thorough, and his kindness meant a lot. He was great at setting expectations, he's a very good listener, he was generous with his time explaining how things work in Florida, and he got the medical review done for no charge (other attorneys charge for expert consultation if they don't take the case). It was a bad time but Brian was a bright spot. If there had been a case to pursue I wouldn't have considered any other lawyer.
