This law firm is outstanding when it comes to personal injury cases--they work hard for the client and are ethical. I send anyone I know in need of a personal injury attorney to them, specifically to Tray Gober. Everyone has been very satisfied. The other two are excellent as well and you really can't go wrong. If I could have rated this law firm a 0 that’s exact what I would give them. Be careful what you let come out of your mouth! Why is that?! This law firm STOP representing me because I told the at fault insurance adjuster that Daniel Stark were no longer represent me due to the fact she will only speak to the law firm. They were pretty much the “middle man.” Laura was one of the people on legal team and I was told they “assisted” with property damage…..LIES! Laura last came to me on what my two options were with the insurance claim. I didn’t agree with it and rather than trying to help me figure it out or how can we make the at fault insurance meet me in the middle. She was just nonchalant about everything and since she was much help, I politely hung up and called the at fault insurance company. The comment I mentioned above was due to the fact I wanted the adjuster to talk to me instead of to the law firm because again I wanted to negotiate and they just was up to. That being said the at fault adjuster forwarded the voicemail with the comment I made to the law firm and due to the comment I was let go and I told them why I made that comment. That didn’t matter because they still let me go. So 2 THUMBS DOWN FOR DANIEL STARK LAW FIRM!

Leonard and Tiffany are amazing. My husband and I both suffered injuries due to being hit while riding on a motorcycle. I was hit while riding my road bike and my family started looking for a Attorney and called Leonard Gabbay and he came to the hospital. He told us what to except from all parties involved in the wreck. I am so glad Leonard and his team was there from the start of the wreck. We had no idea what was going to happen next in the future. Short summary: A+, 10 out of 10, 5 stars. Details: After being injured in a traffic incident I needed an attorney to represent me. I didn't know where to start so I looked up personal injury attorneys on google. I saw Len had excellent reviews. With nothing else to go off of, I called his office. I personally spoke to Len who invited me to his office for a no obligation consultation. After speaking with Len, I knew that he would take great care of me. I entrusted Len with my health, my lively hood, and my personal finances and I was not disappointed. Len and his team helped me every step of the way, staying in constant communication. So when I first came across this firm I was a little wary of the 40% cut that was mentioned in the beginning after talking to other firms that were much lower (but seemed shady.) However, after talking with them explaining my situation, I quickly learned that their service is most definitely worth it. Without spending absorbent amounts of money on advertising, you have a law firm that is dedicated to what it truly means to fight for a client. Rather than a sale pitch attempting to convince potential clients, they will hear about them through word of mouth, raving reviews on Google or referral from another attorney. Parker, for instance is well known for grabbing the reigns from insurance adjusters and driving negotiations, he truly has an amazing gift. My neck, spine and leg were destroyed in my accident. Not only were they able to get the treatment I needed but they also made sure that my condition was getting better. Customer service was 10/10, HUGE shout out to Amelia! Every step of the way she kept me apprised of the legal proceedings without keeping me in the dark! The final thing I wish to say would be that regardless of the Pandemic, it did not slow down the claim! In summary 10/10 or 5 stars!!

I still can't believe to this day that I deal with a injury and how they lied and told me I had to settle for 1300 after getting hit by a 18 wheeler. I was told prior I would be getting so much more. Then when the 1300 popped up was told there was nothing that could be done or id owe money in court fees. A complete way to discriminate, take advantage and get rid of me. Save yourself and your family and do not use this lawfirm. I used a different law firm and some how it was handed over to them. Dont use them in less you look like them is what I've learned. They never reached out after my previous review and I am still suffering. Its a pain to live this way. How horrible.

Andrew Traub was recommended to me by my neighbors when we were having issues with a geothermal HVAC contractor. The unit was on month 3 (!!!!) of installation with no end in sight. We were quoted a 6 week time frame. See photo for one of many issues we needed help resolving. :( I was hesitant to contact a lawyer, but it got to the point where we felt there was no alternative. I called Andrew and we dove right in to the issue. He asked several questions about the situation and about our HVAC contract and recommended a path forward. Andrew was reassuring, insightful and extremely knowledgable. He gave some great insight into the legalities of contract work and after our conversation I felt very confident that this issue would be resolved quickly. We quickly discussed the email I was instructed to send to the contractor before hanging up. After I emailed the contractor my list of concerns and let him know we had contacted Andrew Traub to pursue legal action, he was very interested in resolving the issues ASAP. Funny how that works, huh? I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who may be seeking legal assistance. I hope we don't need a lawyer for our next project, but if we do, I will be calling Andrew's office again. :)

I have been Disabled many years since 1993 and a Veteran of the Army and lived mostly in the Pacific Islands up until a year ago. Out in the Pacific I had nothing coming for Disability. I pretty much gave up. Get to Austin and somehow made contact with CC&R and was kinda skeptical. But now things are rolling and they have a process. They provided me with a folder explaining everything in great detail and what all I have to do on my end, what they are doing on their end. I am very impressed.

We were involved in a horrible car accident where the party at fault had way too much to drink. Thankfully, we all survived the impact but we were left with a lot of medical bills and therapy following the event. At first, we thought we could trust the insurance company to secure our best interest, but shortly after the accident we received a call with a settlement agent trying to get us to agree to a minimal amount, promising that we would not seek further damages. Before I said anything I felt the need to seek counsel. We called several law firms in the Austin area. It wasn't until we spoke with Paul Colley, though, that we felt perfectly comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. I am in my mid 40s and I know that experience counts for a lot. There are a lot of young kids out there, claiming to know which end is up, but sitting down and looking these guys in the face, you know that the only thing they want is to settle your case for whatever they can get so that they get their share of the deal. It's a sad state of affairs, but nothing could be truer. When we met with Paul, his focus was not on settlement but rather on understanding the circumstances of the accident. His staff gathered documents pertaining to the event and built a case that was later studied and carefully assessed by Paul himself, not an intern or a recent grad. We rested the case in his hands and we were kept abreast of developments as they became available. The end result was quite different than what it would have been, should I have accepted the ridiculous offer from the insurance company. We were awarded the payment of ALL of our medical bills, the restitution of our vehicle and a fair settlement for the time and suffering incurred by this reckless driver, that in my opinion should be behind bars for a good while. In short, we are very grateful for all the work Paul and his staff put forth in our behalf. We are grateful for the experience he brought to the table and his thorough knowledge of the system. If you have been a victim of an accident, don’t try to deal with the insurance company yourself. Hire this man and let him do the heavy lifting for you. You’ll fair far better with him on your side than alone.

My wife was involved in a car wreck a few years back and of course the insurance company was gonna throw us some peanuts and send us on our way. An old friend of mind told me to give Mr Colley a call. I have known Paul since he was in high school and I went to school with his brother. Paul's firm worked hard for us and kept us in the loop as to what was going on in the process.

If your in an accident or have an issue with a workers comp issue Aaron Allison is the guy to call. He is the attorney who will get you everything you need plus will give you the right advise on what to do and how to do it. Mr. Allison will take time out of his day, which can be hours, talking to you and giving you valuable advise on your legal issues. He always calls you back and always remembers details of what you have discussed in the past. One of my favorite things about him is he is not your typical B.S. attorney your used to dealing with. He always talks to you in a honest and straight forward way and he always clarifies if you don't understand. Very easy guy to talk to, who will fight tooth and nail for you and will always have your best interest at heart. Like I said, if you need a personal injury or workers comp attorney (or both like I did) Aaron Allison is your guy! Worst attorney ever.......held my wife's case just long enough for the statue of limitations ran out then tells us the case isn't worth his time. When he says he works closely with the insurance company.......he works real close.....like getting a paycheck from them close......worthless......don't waste your time on this guy........this guy couldn't negotiate his way out of a wet paper bag

Lenore & her staff were very keenly aware of the specific laws and practices in this tricky industry, and were able to best navigate the insurance firm's legal twists and turns to get to the optimum settlement - without having to go to court. While having to retain a personal injury lawyer to settle such a claim with the opposing insurance company is never pleasant, the Shefman Law Group's staff was able to take it on their shoulder in a very professional manner.

Could not of chosen a better Atty and Staff to help me thru a very difficult time after having been hit on my Motorcycle Jan 26,2020. Insurance company forced my hand by talking down on my claim & trying to intimidate me...having suffered multiple broken bones, spinal injury and major concussion...not to mention loss of wages(out of work over 2 months), motorcycle totaled and numerous medical bills.
