I also requested a workman’s comp package that was sent to me by mail it is packed with important information that will be of great benefit to me and those I share it with. David Cardon law firm was totally effective in defending my case, he put total attention to the details that show my innocence and dismiss of charges. He’s a very reasonable in matters of his fees. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, David Cardon couldn't care less about helping us with my finance case. He took advantage and played me for $750 just to play candy crush in the court room with his hair a mess looking like he just popped out of bed and just "show up". He tried to avoid speaking with his actual client the whole time, stuttered and said UM the entire time while speaking to the judge. My fiance called him trying to discuss his case and David was chewing and eating all in his ear. With his lack of concern a public defender could've done a way better job and they are FREE. Let's not forget after he got us denied bond he ask for $10,000 and told me he would still have to do jail time. And he is a innocent man , I have proof with witness David never utilized. And due to him being a terrible lawyer my fiancé missed the birth of our son who passed away and he never got to meet him bc of this PEICE OF SGIT LAWYER . Now I have hired a WAY better lawyer to recommend for a fraction of the price AND HE WILL BE GETTING OUT . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER . This man cared nothing about his client or his case knowing we had a child due very soon and only wanted to take our money.

They truly care! Diana Swain and Shelley Swain Berry are awesome! Their expertise, kindness, wisdom and honesty were so reassuring and refreshing. Although my situation was very difficult, I had peace of mind the entire time that they handled my case, knowing I was in capable hands. Diana (my paralegal), always took the time out of her busy schedule to patiently answer all of my questions. She promptly returned my calls, and responded to all of my emails. She and my attorney, Shelley, were very honest, fair and empathetic. They expertly and carefully guided me throughout the whole process, and always kept me in the loop. After being treated poorly and being threatened by the insurance company that represented a driver who rear ended my car, we called the law offices. They took care of everything! We didn’t have to speak to the rude reps from the insurance company ever again. After finished therapy, it took about a few months to settle our claim but we were more than satisfied with the outcome. We have already recommended them to a coworker who was also being treated unfairly by an insurance company. We highly recommend them to anyone who has been in a car accident. What the insurance companies call a “minor” accident can leave you and/or your children with mild brain injuries and months of lost wages, pain and physical therapy. Don’t be left with those bills affecting your family finances or your credit rating long term! Call this law office immediately!

I have dealt with many law firms in my lifetime, mostly with disappointment. Unfortunately many lawyers seem to be focused on the money more than the client. Kathy Six and Josh Coe are the most honest lawyers I have ever dealt with. Their honesty and integrity are second only to their skill and professionalism. I would not recommend ANY other firm!!

My family and I could never ever repay Mr. Appleton for all his hard work to bring justice and peace to my family after the awful experience that forever changed our lives. My father's wrongful death occurred in 2017 and we hired Mr. Appleton shortly after. What stood out to us was that he was always present and responsive. Never did he pass us off to a junior partner or a paralegal. He was personally responsible for our case and stood by our side through it all no matter how long or how frustrating it all was. He saw it through to the end and brought us a settlement in late 2020. I honestly didn't know people like Mr. Appleton still existed. God bless him!

I retained Attorney Jessica Dixon for matters concerning custody of my infant daughter. As a father there is often a stigma that no matter the circumstances we will get less time awarded in court. I started my process feeling very pessimistic about my situation, her professionalism, effort, communication, and hard work changed my entire outlook on the situation. Although every situation is different and your case may or may not resolve the same way. We ended up coming to an agreement and I was awarded joint custody of my daughter. Had it not been for her confidence and knowledge of the law I don’t know what would’ve happened. I cannot be more grateful for the services she and her amazing staff provided. I would recommend her to anyone that is having family matters issues to retain her. She communicates very well, always keeps you in the loop and is willing to help you fight for your family. I had the misfortune of having my car totaled during the start of the pandemic. As you could imagine it was a stressful and painful event. With businesses changing to meet the requirements of COVID-19 restrictions, I would like to commend this team of professionals for maintaining the quality of the service they provide. My entire claim was handled while upholding social distancing guidelines. I had regular communication with Kellie and Kevin from start to finish. I could email at anytime and got a response within hours. Phone calls were always scheduled at my convenience and upheld just as a physical appointment would. Without this team, I don’t know if I would’ve had the same success pursuing a settlement offer that best repaid the injury and inconvenience the car accident caused. Throughout 2019 and 2020 Attorney Kevin Biniazan helped me with a personal injury case. Aside from the professionalism and attentiveness one would expect from a quality law firm such as Breit Cantor Grana Buckner, I was taken by the fact that they agreed to take my case on a contingency basis, even though there was little evidence in my favor in the early stages of preparation. This meant the world to me. It meant that they believed in me, and my case, when two other firms declined to take the case. In late 2020 the case settled out of court and I received a substantial monetary award that exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kevin, and all your support staff for believing in me when many others did not!!!!
