This place is always made is feel like we're friends here. Always helpful and easy to get your business taken care of promptly. Even easy if you have childern too! Gabriel has blocked all comments he doesn't approve of from his avvo page (1st sign of being untrustworthy, controlling, and unprofessional. Trying to silence people you've done wrong) I am in an ongoing custody battle seeking someone experienced. I was referred to Troy Lowe at Gabriel Christian. Once I got there no one was in the office, this is after paying a consultation fee. Finally someone arrives and basically confirmed I was lied to. The attorney I requested no long works there yet the took my money for consultation anyway. Gabriel tried to convince me he is capable of handling my case but who wants to work with someone who lied to get you in the door. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy I wouldn't recommend.

I'm not sure what happened the day I called I briefly spoke with Mr. Christian we arranged a meeting which he was an hour late. Finally we began just for him to rush the conversation because he had a meeting. I feel I wasted my time and he wasn't interested.

This man and his staff likes to take advantage of people who are in vulnerable situations and people who unfortunately, may not fully understand the law. They lie to their clients and lack integrity. Daniel Moloney is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He argued with me because one of his employees failed to do their job and because I simply wanted someone to be held accountable. Would not recommend!

Unfortunately my opinion of this firm after working with them is that they lack honesty, integrity, respect, and professionalism. After being yelled at on the phone when asking for an update on my case (after a year of my calls being dodged) I switched attorneys and ended up with a far better experience and settlement.

I'm about to cry, I thought it was me. I called and called, emailed and emailed I did 3 get calls and a couple of emails with promises of actions, if they were done I don't know all I know is I depleted my savings (my problem) . I finally confided in a family member and was told to look up this firm's reviews I'm totally shocked to fine others with the same experience that I am going through. The no return calls when promised or the unresponsive emails. Now I'm facing termination because workmans comp has decided that therapy isnt the answer and on top of it all an unnamed paralegal told me to call my HR and communicate with them I thought that was what they were for, my back is now against the wall and I feel stuck- at this point I don't know what to do I am very disappointed with this service.

I should have known that there would be trouble by the way that it started. My call was finally returned on a Friday at EOD. It was obvious, by his tone, that he was uninterested, in no mood to actually have the conversation, but did so out of obligation. I was called to be instructed to gather every document in regards to my matter and that I would be contacted on Monday. During our next conversation, I realized that EOD on a Friday was not the cause of his rude, short, and unprofessional manner. Each conversation after our first always caused me to reevaluate my decision about moving forward. I felt pressure to answer questions that I did not know the answer to. I felt responsible for researching information that I believed to be apart of his duties. I was required to repeat information that was already provided on an earlier date, multiple times. When this action was questioned, I was provided with an excuse, blame that I wasn’t following up in a timely manner. This excuse was used again after him and his assistant failed to follow up for a week. The entire process was exhausting, stressful, and a complete waste of time. Aaron Schwartz was argumentative, short, rude, and irresponsible with me. He seems he is unable to take responsibility for his actions, quick to blame. Not only did Aaron Schwartz make me feel like his next case, I was not confident in his ability to help.

I was referred to ChasenBoscolo from a professional colleague. I can truly say I had angels watching over me with everything I have gone through in last 18 months. The accident took place at my work. It caused me not to have a full function physically with walking every day. I guess simple fall can be very bad when you are in your 40s. You don't recover well. I did not anticipate not recovering from it. I used to be an athlete. My work made me believe that all my time off came from my personal leave not from Workman's Compensation. David Snyder is my most personable and caring attorney. He was very through of all my rights and the medical treatment I should receive. I guess David could see and anticipate my recovery. Certain things that I did not. David defended me all the way from getting penalty fees from Judge because my non responsive claims adjuster that would not even respond to my physical treatment authorizations in a timely manner. Let me explain, "timely manner" not the next business day or week. We are talking couple months. David is incredibly persistent and passionate. During our busy days, we would play phone tags and he would still make time for me after 8:30 after putting his son to bed. Even During this Pandemic due to COVID-19. I was represented by the firm for a workers compensation case, these cases take time especially when it results in surgery and prolonged medical or therapy treatments. I have never had this sort of case before and I didn't to know what to expect so there were many unknowns, but I did expect to know details, have thorough communication and premier preparedness before, during and after all hearings. I suggest that you (the client) make a list of your questions and make it clear that you want details of how your case is going to be processed, tell the firm that you want each step explained to you in layman terms so that you know and understand what is being done, the reason why its being done that way and what is next in the chain of events. I suggest that you keep records of your questions and all communication responses that you receive, (date and time of any and all calls/emails/messages/documents, your questions asked and answers if given) If you don't do this you will find yourself in many unpleasant situations without proof of what you were told. I suggest that you do your research as well. You need to know what the laws/rules/protection/processing of your type of case in your state. Communication with explanation is very important and understanding what is going on and what the other side is going to try to get you to settle for, be educated to the game, .... you have to be happy with the future, SO NEVER settle for less than you should, Know Your Value and What Your Body Injuries Are Worth there is a body part injury scale that is used to determine the price for each body part and its best to know your percentage of disability as determined by your evaluating physician. Insist on full and timely communication with explanations and nothing less. Some of this was satisfactory and some of it was not... I hope knowing this information will prepare clients no matter what their case type might be and firm in their servicing of all clients.

I spoke to Ryan Foran about 2 weeks ago about a settlement offer a relative of mine received and and wanted to know if he could assist in getting a higher settlement. Eventually, he tells me that I want someone to work for free....??? I paused for a moment and told him that I was calling for a consultation and he was free to tell me that he couldn't be of service at any time. The "conversation" ended shortly after that. I'm glad that he didn't offer to take the case because he was extremely rude not only with his words but also with his tone (he seemed to be in a hurry and kept cutting me off). I wouldn't suggest that anyone work with an attorney that's going to treat you however. If they take your case, they're the ones who are supposed to be helping you. If they don't want the case, all they have to do is say so. It's also a bad look on his firm because he shares the same last name as the firm. I never looked at the website but I think it's safe to assume that he's one of the two named partners. Not the best representative.

I met with attorney Scott Sanford and Kimberly in the Upper Marlboro office regarding my disability claim. Mr. Sanford helped me file my appeal, gave me information about the process, and answered all my many many questions. He was very smart, honest and straightforward- which are great qualities to find in an attorney. He had me contact Kimberly with any questions or paperwork I needed to send in. She was knowledgeable, stayed on top of my claim, and so very helpful. They called if they received something that needed my attention. I continued to receive notices from Wilson and Parlett letting me know they were still actively working on my case. I was told going to court usually occurs and what the process would be. That would have taken my case a lot longer to settle, bc of how backed up s.s. is but happens a lot. I received an approval letter within 6-8 months and didn't have to go to court. This office is very skilled in handling this type of case. I know I chose the best team to handle my claim and I am satisfied with the outcome. I am definitely recommending them to my friends or anyone else applying for disability!!

I was in a serious auto accident in 2010 in Southern Maryland. I chose Wilson and Parlett because I knew Tim Parlett's brother through business and community work and knew that theirs' was a long standing Southern Maryland family. I was extremely pleased with their services throughout the entire process. The first portion of the settlement was concluded in a very timely manner which allowed for all of my medical bills to be paid. The second portion of the settlement took more time, as is typical. But Tim Parlett negotiated smartly, using time and tactics to our advantage. The amount I was awarded for this final portion was much more than I expected and more than the firm really expected as well! They knew the extent of my injuries and the probable likelihood of problems later in life and negotiated effectively from that perspective. In most cases, I spoke with Tim Parlett directly, rather than a paralegal or staff person. He was down to earth, honest and sympathetic to me as things changed in my life throughout the process. Documents were clear and detailed. Their responses to any requests I made were always handled in a very timely manner. I was totally confident that they were representing my best interests. When you are a client they take VERY long to return your calls if they even return your calls. They do not keep you updated. I don't know before when I looked for them they felt like they were on top of everything. But the next 2 times felt like they just didn't put much time into our case. With that said they do work with you and try to fit into your schedule also their chiropractic is really recommended.
