I was referred to Att. Frantz after speaking with another law firm for my case. The other firm routinely asked for retainer fees, provided evasive answers, leaving us with a uneasy feeling. Att. Frantz was the complete opposite! After speaking with him we felt confident in his ability to represent us. He was easy to understand, upfront, honest, respectful, and trustworthy. He made a stressful time a lot more manageable with his timely responses, knowledge, and willingness to work with us like we were his only case. He was fair and upfront throughout the entire process. he has a new attorney and she told us she would get us so much and in the end she did not even try to she tried to just drag the case out so i could keep paying her. her excuse was she was gonna wait to use that info against her mean while i have almost 4000 dollar bill for having one sit down and one magisterial hearing that was wast of time cause she wouldnt use what we had against the other party in front of the magistrate. i feel like she just charged us while on the other parties side about everything. when i told her i was upset the child was left in maryland at a hotel at 9 years old to babysit a 1 and 3 year old she said there was nothing i could do about that. i was not happy with her services. at all!!!

I hired Slusser Law to handle a business matter. Loss of wages case in which the judge ruled in my favor. I paid my full retainer and was told that would cover the suit as it was a small claims court matter. After I received a winning judgement I was presented with a bill for hidden expenses my attorney assured me wouldn’t happen. The a secretary now comes in the picture. Tells me I must pay this expense to receive my judgment payout. After weeks of attempting to contact anyone with no response I comply and pay. Then I was told there is no payout. I was supposed to be paid close to $5000. If I wanted my money I would have to have the sheriff serve papers to get payment and possibly a sheriff sale to get my payment. All of which my attorney could do for me for another payment.. After paying for all that... I was told once again there will be no payment. They weren’t sure what happened. Then I’m again told They could possibly do one more thing if I pay more money. A rabbit hole of paying them with no payment to me even though I won the suit and was awarded the near $5000. I was assured by my attorney and the owner of the firm this matter would get their personal attention and they would see to it I received payment. Now after many more months of waiting I can’t get anyone at the office to even explain what happened or where I stand. Incredibly disappointed and now wish I would have went elsewhere for representation. I took a big loss going with Slusser Law Firm.
