The paralegal insulted me and implied that what was wrong with my mom was my fault. The doctors and nurses all say I take excellent care of her and she’s lucky to have me. Also she’s rude and hateful acting. Strings you along for a month making think the case will be accepted and then nasty tells you off.

Never even got off the ground with them. We were treated like a commodity. Sent in our info. and just got a standard form rejection letter. Expect a referral to the Bar Assoc. 800 number with no explanation.

These are some of the finest trial lawyers in NC and the country. They fight the good fight when others will not. They have the results to show for it. I'm sorry the caller below did not get an immediate return call (likely the Abrams were in a trial) but that should not guide consumers' decision to hire this team. They are one of my direct competitors and I can say without hesitation that they are great, great trial lawyers. I would hire them if I was seriously injured in a unfortunate incident.

This firm was so professional and responsive. They answered our questions and guided us in making a decision that was right for us. They also really cared about our feelings and not just about making money. In the end we decided not to go forward with the case, it was just to difficult emotionally for us. Sonya Tien is an amazingly wonderful personal injury attorney and dedicated professional whom I would recommend to anyone without hesitation! I contacted Ms. Tien almost 3 years after being T-boned in a motor vehicle accident by an uninsured driver. Both cars were totaled and I was transported by EMS to the hospital. Fortunately, the accident was witnessed and the driver admitted fault. After injuries sustained in the accident necessitated 3 surgeries and medical treatments over $50,000, as well as significant loss of income, it became apparent that the settlement with my insurance company was beyond my capabilities. In addition, time was running out in which to pursue the settlement with the most favorable outcome. After searching for personal injury lawyers online and reading numerous reviews from multiple sites, I decided to call Sonya Tien. Very understanding with your pain/ grief. I felt very connected especially since they look at every case as if it was them. They connect with you & make you feel hopeful. My wife was in accident in March of this year. It was ruled that it was 100% the other person's fault. We contacted this office after 4 months of getting nowhere with our insurance company. It is now December and we've seen no action outside of the sending a packet to the insurance company. Giving them 30% of what we get is WAY more than they deserve. Especially since they no longer answer our phone calls or emails. Would not recommend.

I was rear ended in April 2019. The at fault insurance policy only pays out $30,000. These so called professionals must have known this. I walked away with 10 grand to cover what I've been through and the neck pain I will endure most likely my whole life. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy! My paralegal was changed twice and my lawyer was changed right before they presented settlement papers to his insurance without even telling me! Either they knew this guy's policy only pays out 30K for injury and misled me, or they never even looked at the declaration page at all until 14 months later when they told me this. So here I am almost 2 years later still in pain, still in treatment for my pain and I'm forced to go after my own insurance company for underinsured motorists coverage! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let these shady people represent you!
