Buy far couldnt get any worse. Have to do most of the work yourself. Never return your calls so constantly had to call them. Didnt even do anything to help fight for my pay. Took them 2 months to get me a pay check from comp at the state minimum. I would never recommend them.

I suffered a dog bite to my hand in May 2020. Trying to get all the medical bills paid through the insurance companies directly became increasingly difficult. Steve spent the time to explain to me why my childhood abuse case, although prosecutable, would not be feasible, given my abuser was deceased. It can be done, but at great finanicial expense. NO OTHER attorney I tried to retain took the time to explain the law, in detail, like Mr. Boyd did. He didn't have to do this, but he did, and while he was exhausted from working around the clock on other survivors cases to get them in before the deadline. He is a class act besides being a good attorney. He genuinely cared about my feelings as a survivor.

Attorney Anant Kishore really pulled through for me after I endured a serious neck injury after being t-boned by a drunk driver. I used to say everything happens for a reason. However, in 2014 I was involved in a very bad car accident. Retaining a personal injury lawyer is something I never thought I would have to do. I was scared and didn't want a large firm to represent me. Some people are put in your path for a reason. The O'Brien and Ford firm was recommended to me from another lawyer. When I met Chris O'Brien in person I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I wanted his firm to represent me. I sustained serious injuries and was in the hospital for a week. Chris and his team quickly began working on my case. They guided me every step of the way and explained the process as I was overwhelmed with the whole situation. I worked directed with Chris and his paralegal Mary. I couldn't believe the amount of paperwork generated and information that needed to be obtained. Mary was there every step of the way to help me provide the information that was needed and facilitated completing forms as necessary. Chris and his team are extremely knowledgeable with personal injury law. I had the utmost confidence that everything was being taken care of. Finalizing a personal injury settlement takes time, however Chris and his team diligently worked on my case. I never felt that my case was put on hold and they addressed issues in a timely manner. Before my 1st personal injury case was settled I was involved in another car accident. I was struck by a car walking. I had no hesitation having the O'Brien and Ford firm represent me for my 2nd personal case. They say lighting never strikes twice but there I was. While working for a doctors office we occasionally would need to refer our patients to a lawyer. I never thought that I would actually have the need, regretfully that day came. It was an easy decision on who to use! After all, we recommended O'Brien & Ford to our patients, we saw first hand how well they handled their cases and treated our patients! It was obvious at the first meeting that they were the right choice! From Patrice, to Mary, to Mr. O'Brien, each person we had contact with was caring, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. We were kept up to date on what was going on and phone calls were always returned promptly. The best advertisement is personal recommendation. I would absolutely refer family and friends or anyone who asks!

I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. Only use this firm if you are directly referred to a GOOD attorney in the practice. I walked in blind after I was T-boned in a car accident. I was let go by my employer, because of permanent back injuries and surgeries that didn't allow me to meet the lifting requirements after the accident. The attorney, from Brown Chiari, acted like he could care less about my case. He never fought for me. The person who hit me, who ended my career, who had minimal insurance, and who lied during his deposition, had minimal insurance but was financially wealthy -- I know, because we lived in the same neighborhood -- the attorney at BC said the other driver had no assets to share with me, above his minimal auto insurance coverage, for all that driver had done to me during the accident ... I was sure the attorney never even did the investigation of personal assets. I waited 3 years for a settlement that didn't even cover the debt incurred during those 3 years, because of my loss of income. We lost our home and so much more. The worse, for myself and my family, was the deep depression, anxiety and pain that incurred in me, which I still battle today... years later. In addition, there were 2 additional tasks that the attorney never followed through to completion. After several calls I couldn't do it anymore... the constant calling... I was a mess and had no more fight in me after 3+ years. I trusted BC to be my advocate when I was at my worse ... shame on them for leaving me defenseless.

I give them 1 star for answering they phone to take my call and info about my wives case of nursing home abuse. I was surprised of the answer I was given about them handling our case that if they can not make enough money on it then they can not help. I left a message on Mr. Chiari''s voice mail about they advertise in helping with nursing home abuse on Television and asked him to please call me but never got a call back. I have heard really good things about they firm but surprised he could not even return my phone call.

Only called to get information on a possible case. Spoke to Michelle from medical malpractice and she was very rude.As I was telling her my story she interrupted me and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She told me that I am welcomed to go someplace else. I remained calm and politely thanked her for her time. Horribly customer service. Please tell me how do you know if there’s a case if you won’t listen to people speak??..

Few months ago I called about a metal screw that was in my coffee that I purchased from Starbucks. Won’t say which location but I never heard back from them again. I was told an attorney would get back to me about it but never did. People seriously next time wherever you are Food place or coffee shop always be mindful of what’s in the things you order. Good thing it was a clear beverage I ordered from them and I was able to see it at the bottom. Manager didn’t seem to care just asked me if I wanted a refund.

[This review was written several days ago but erroneously posted elsewhere.] The one star is completely earned by the wonderful receptionist, who had a very good phone disposition and was quite lovely. Negative stars for the medical malpractice lawyer, who I feel was unresponsive, rude, dismissive, interruptive, condescending, unhelpful, untruthful, and discompassionate. A single, quick voicemail with an unintelligible name was left for me, shortly after sending a comprehensive email. It took a while to return call, for which I apologized. When i was finally able to speak with the lawyer: they constantly interrupted and talked over me; they rudely informed me that my correspondence would be 'long gone by now' (less than a month); they insisted, in a way that felt belittling and demeaning, that they had sent me email -- I had checked regularly, even searching multiple times with various search terms after that phone call, still finding absolutely nothing. The given reason why they would not help my loved one changed several times, and included incorrect statements, ending with that they couldn't be bothered because they wouldn't get enough of the money (they said they'd have to pay all of the settlement to insurance). When I began explaining that pursuing legal avenues was not about gaining the largest possible sums of money, but about helping my loved one, they again interrupted with callousness. No referrals, advice, or even well wishes. TL/DR: unresponsive; untruthful; unhelpful; unprofessional; rude; interruptive; money-driven; dismissive; condescending; uncaring (imo)

I was hit in 2016. I met Jack Murrett. He asked if I wanted to see a chiropractor. I did. I went to physical therapy 3x a week. I could count on 1 hand how many times I spoke to Jack. C and B lawfirm got me less than 10G due to lack of anykind of communication. Period. They totally ruined my case. Would NEVER recomend them to anyone. Sincerely, Pete W.
