They go above and beyond. They are definitely not out to get your money. If you are concerned with the integrity Josh and Amanda definitely check that box. They are both very personable and tell you like it is. I owe these two a very lot and i am very thankful for them update: Josh just got me off probation after seven years and two blemishes on my record. I had spent the previous two years squeaky clean and completed all of my conditions. Josh got the prosecutor and judge to overrule the probation departments recommendation to keep me, an my probation was terminated. My outlook on life and hope for a bright future has been restored by this man. No bs this man worked the court room so well that when i was crying tears of joy in the hallway outside of the courtroom, the bailiff came out and and hugged me and gave me words of encouragement. Incredible day and i still cannot believe it actually happened.

I am very thankful for this guys, David, Tony, and Kyler. When several other law firms said they couldn’t do anything else for me, they took on my case and went above and beyond of what was expected. Great attorney and great guy. He knows the science behind the DWI arrest. The breath tests, blood tests, and field sobriety tests are prone to errors. Rich knows how to fight a DWI charge. I can not recommend him enough to fight a DWI in Hays County!

When I first met David Hardaway, I could tell immediately that he was an up front and honest lawyer. He looked at the details of my case and made me feel confident I could trust that he and his associates would do everything in their power to fight my case. He charged a fair fee to take care of my case, and even supplied his personal phone number if I had any questions or concerns. He got my charges drastically dropped and I could not be more pleased with he and his staff's services. He even drove nearly two hours to a completely different county than the one he serves and took care of my divorce for me. I was completely astonished when he did not charge me an additional fee apart from the original case I hired him for. When the time came, he got the charges sealed so I would not have to stress about explaining it to future employers. I hope I never find myself needing legal services again, but If I did, I would not even think twice about who to go to.

If you are looking for a lawyer that you can guarantee will work relentlessly for you, you have found it in Michael Wenk. His experience working with the court systems and expertise in how to attack a case is unparalleled in Hays County. After him working a miracle for me a few years ago and getting a serious charge reduced to a misdemeanor, I irresponsibly violated my probation and could have faced a year or more in jail. He worked tirelessly to get me the best possible scenario and I was able to overcome the mess I put myself in and walked out of the court room with my fine paid and free of any time behind bars. He is honest with you and will give you a realistic view of your case in terms that you can understand. His tough love style of counseling is helpful when needing to come to terms with whatever situation you may be in. When he is in the courtroom defending you, he is there to make sure you are represented fully with the hunger to help each client to his greatest ability. I was going to prison with my court appointed lawyer. Scared to death I called a big wig lawyer, he told me to call Susan.. "I recommend her to anyone in your position." So I called Susan Schoon.. we spoke, she agreed to take my kinda difficult case on.. I tell you all, God gave me Mrs Schoon and LeAnn. LeAnn is on top of everything.. she is quick to respond to any questions you throw at her. LeAnn set me at ease many many times. Thank you LeAnn for all you do.. Mrs Schoon now in my opinion is the best defense lawyer in New Braunfels. (Not that I know any others) not only did I not get locked up, she managed to get charges dropped!! (In comal co!) Mrs Schoon gave me options and explained in full detail what could or could not happen. For that I was thankful. Her prices were ???? fair, infact if I ever strike it rich, I will give Susan and LeAnn a big chunk of it.. They so deserve it..thank you both for your services.. Susan is hands down the best Criminal attorney in Texas! She listens to you and makes you feel very comfortable. She's kind and very helpful, and alway treats her clients with respect. When she becomes your lawyer it feels like a million pounds are lifted off your shoulders. She's not just your lawyer during your case, but she feels like a friend (who doesn't mind giving you a piece of her mind!) When you see her walk into the courtroom (knowing she's there for you is an amazing feeling) she says hello when she sees you, and explains everything before she speaks wth the ADA.After she's done speaking w them she will come back and sit and explain EVERYTHING! Update from 1st post! Attorney Robert Keates has done an impeccable job, in successfully having the GPS monitor and conditions off! His first day in court for my case. I won’t go into Detail, until case is dismissed. Robert Keates is a man of action! He does what he says he will and keeps you up to date! Just to fill you in, this was all last minute preparation, I supplied him the ammo for his arsenal to make sure he would achieve his goal, and in 30 minutes, my life went back on track and my family can now be cared for . Mind you, the info I supplied proved to hold the weight to tip the courts scale in our favor! If you have a case, supply your attorney with as much as possible, it may prove Priceless! Don’t send an attorney without ammo that it leaves him at the mercy of the courts! Robert took 30 minutes to do what other Lawyers claimed otherwise!
