I can't say enough about the wonderful people at this Law firm. I went through a debilitating accident at my place of work and a horrible time immediately afterward. Mr. Thomas Herman and his staff were so kind to me, and so giving of their time. They helped me through a very rough time in my life. My employer lied to the insurance company about my limitations and were not going to pay me lost wages when my doctors said I was not to do basically anything. Mr. Herman took over and made sure I received care and compensation, and in the end I received a fair settlement. I would highly recommend this Law firm for any needs you may have. Jon Hawk was obtained to represent me in a former workers compensation case. The obstacle was a journey! However, Jon was the type of attorney every client would love to obtain. Jon advocated my decisions and me. He worked diligently on my case and helped to facilitate the process! I never saw an attorney that never showed signs of discombobulation at some point in their cases! He's consistently and constantly able to answer questions that may arise from your case. Jon is a compassionate and caring individual that cares more for his clients, than obtaining funds from your case! If your hurt and can't figure out what to do, give Jon R. Hawk a call! This is a situation where I wished I could leave 10 stars, Ben helped my family and I overcome DFCS. Not many people can say that and I would be one of them if The sessions law firm hadn't came to our rescue. I made the mistake of hiring a firm that spent more time on commercial jingles and sending me for unnecessary medical procedures at astronomical fees, than they did advising me as their client. After having little to no contact with my attorney, I was fed up and finally fired them. My son passed away 5 months ago and I was denied his life insurance due to the insurance company stating that my son was confined on the date the policy would have become effective which was absolutely false. I was in distress and turned to Mr. Jarome Gautreaux who stepped in and backed my appeal and demanded the insurance company act in Good Faith and overturn their decision immediately. The insurance company overturned the decision. Mr. Jarome responded immediately to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls and was there for me throughout the process.
