Tony is a tremendously professional attorney that really knows his stuff. I contacted 2 attorneys offices prior to choosing Tony. Tony was confident and really seemed to understand the specific courthouse and immediately offered a plan. The second attorney I called was “cheaper” (and I think I understand why). He was negative and had zero optimism towards the case. He spoke to me as if he was the judge and stated the best I’d get was a reduced ticket. I hired Tony and in about 45 seconds in front of the judge “all charges were dismissed” ! I can’t promise everyone will have the same outcome, but hire good attorney like Tony to at least get the best outcome you can VS an attorney who’s already chosen your outcome during the consultation.

Have not followed up from the last appt so not sure if this receptionist still there, displays this sweet disposition and then starts slamming and throwing things around all of a sudden while several of us were in the waiting room. Very bizarre behavior!. Scary!!. Some type of severe anger issues or nuerological thing going on. Looks to be about 65 to 70, maybe Dementia or drugs Just loses it for no reason, wasn’t even on the phone. Very weird. No way this person could have any coworkers. Not the get along, team player type. We just all stared at each other in disbelief. Never saw behavior like this before. However, great lawyer, beautiful office!.

Nick Wright from The Weiland Firm, PLC in Richmond, Virginia is an amazing attorney. I am a New Jersey resident who was stopped by a police officer and summoned to court for not changing lanes while passing a police car with flashing lights in Virginia. Where do I begin. Though I have never been in legal trouble before an alcohol-induced momentary lapse of judgement had me facing very serious charges for contravening the law. Bob has worked as my Attorney in several cases and each time the results have been far better than I expected. An aggressive prosecutor once tried to overcharge me with a Felony but as soon as Bob walked in the courtroom you could see their mood change. By the time we left the court I had no Felony charges and got unsupervised probation for 6 months. I made a mistake and Bob was not going to let that mistake destroy my life. My son was informed that he was being investigated by Federal agents for a crime that could result in felony charges. Neither my son nor anyone in our family had ever dealt with criminal charges nor the legal proceedings associated. Thankfully, another professional highly recommended Peter Greenspun. From the first time we met with Peter, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and that he cared about my son as a person and not just a client. He recommended positive actions my son could take to mitigate his situation in the event he was eventually arrested. Although my son was ultimately arrested on two felony charges, and the prosecution was clearly determined to not only have him sentenced on both charges, but to have him serve the maximum amount of time possible, he was convicted of only the lesser of the two charges. Simply put I call MR. Greenspan a miracle worker in my opinion. I was facing multiple felony charges with a maximum sentence of 11 years. Mr Greenspan not only was able to work out a great deal for me but handled him self and this case in the court room like a true champion. He was the reason that my sentence was 17months. He fought for me and he never backs down from what he believes in. He will not give you false hope nor baby you. If your looking for a great lawyer that will keep it honest, real and most of all get you result he is your guy. His assistant Vanessa is awesome and great at communicating through Email in my experience with this firm Was worth every dollar. If your looking for sensitivity and sugar coating lawyer mr Greenspan is not your guy. He is a miracle worker in my eyes.

If you need help with a criminal charge this is the law firm to hire. Never in my life did I expect to be in such a horrible position in the criminal justice system. I was arrested and held without bond for a felony and misdemeanor charge. Within hours of my wife contacting Peter and Muhammad they began working on getting me released. They were successful in getting me released the next day. They worked very closely with me and listened to everything I had to tell them. Peter asked numerous questions and made me feel at ease during the entire process. At no time did I feel like I was just another client they were simply collecting money from. During every step they kept me informed of what was going on, the conversations they had with the prosecutor, email traffic, etc. Peter also set very real expectations and didn't promise anything, yet at the same time still ensured me that he would do everything in his power. Peter is well known throughout the NOVA area and his reputation is well known. One of the things I really appreciated about working with Peter is that he never tried to force me to do anything, take any deals or pleas that I wasn't comfortable with. He always gave me options and let me make the decision with pros and cons for each decision. With a plea agreement on the table I still elected to go to trial. Peter was prepared. There was a lot of back and forth immediately before the trial and Peter was never once hesitant in doing this. I was facing 10 years for the felony and some more time for the misdemeanor. Peter understood all of this and was more than comfortable going to trial, especially given the circumstances of what transpired. In the end within 5 minutes of the trial starting the trial was stopped and Peter and the prosecutor left the courtroom, came back 5 minutes later and the case was dismissed. The professionalism Peter and his firm displayed is top notch. I hope to never use them again but if for some reason I have to I won't take a millisecond to think about who I'm going to call. Thank you Peter and Muhammad for all you've done for me and my family. I am grateful for you and giving us our life back.
