My family had a very serious custody battle. Mr. Truncale was professional, yet very concerned with our situation. He was willing to be there when we needed him and researched the case so that the judge knew the seriousness of the situation. He not only helped us to get the ruling we needed that day, but also worked with the judge to make sure our custody would be in place for the future. WE WOULD NOT HIRE TIMOTHY ARMSTRONG AGAIN My wife and I regret hiring Timothy Armstrong. Before we retained his services, he was responsive to our questions and sounded like a capable attorney. We decided to hire him and paid him $4000 for his services. In the end, we were very dissatisfied with his professionalism. He did not return repeated phone calls. He failed to attend court hearings. Essentially, he completely ignored us. As a result of his poor performance, we lost all confidence and trust in his ability and competence. As a result, we had to hire another attorney who resolved the case to our satisfaction. The difference between two attorneys was night and day. The second attorney returned our calls and answered all our questions and was fully engaged in our case. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE TIMOTHY ARMSTRONG.

I have had multiple citations for speeding and Dale Carson Law has handled every citation I received and in all cases they got Adjudication withheld, no points on my license. If it were not for them my driver's license would have been suspended. Dale Carson Law is hands down the best traffic attorney in Jacksonville. My wife had gotten multiple speeding tickets and was summoned to court for her last one...Dale Carson Law represented her in court without her having to show up. They were still able to get her no points on her license with 4 he traffic school online. Sam was great in answering all her calls right away and helping her throughout the process. She kept her informed of what was going on and sent over all important documents via email. Sadly reviews are true. I paid them 5 thousand to handle a simple misdemeanor and they failed at everything. Maybe they were good at one time or maybe just at traffic but they definitely did not care about my case. It would take sometimes over one week to get the lawyer assigned to case to call back.
