I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. So figured I would attend a sporting event, to try and take my mind off of things. During the event I had way too much to drink and made a terrible decision to get behind the wheel. After receiving my DUI, I wasn't sure what to do or what the next steps would be. I was nervous/scared, but once I met with Brian, I knew that he was the right Attorney for me. I cant say how much I am impressed with Mr. Sloan's work. It has been a long process with the court due to Covid. I went to Gilbert court today and left completely happy. Gilbert court is suppost to be tuff but the judge Mrs. Laurin was awesome. My 1st offense. I had BAL over 0.08. I took a 16 hour course. I have to pay 1600 in fines, no more classes, no jail time, no probation. Restricted license and most likely interlox soon. I recommend Mr. Sloan for your DUI attorney. I would have Been facing more. I called and left a message with the law firm, and received a call back within a few hours. Other places eventually called me back, but refused to help since I didn't have a pending court date. I saw Raymond the same day as the call and he was polite and patient. I was later put in legal limbo due to covid, and my potential case stalled for 11 months.
