Bruce is a brilliant lawyer. I have seen his work in two Federal Court Rooms where the defendant was acquitted and found "Not Guilty". In one case the judge denied re direct questioning and there were no witnesses for the defense called. The case was won by cross examinations of the prosecutor's witnesses and Bruce's opening and closing statements. He is awesome!

Bruce Harvey is probably the best attorney in the state, possibly the country. He is direct, honest, reasonable with his clients and he is aggressive, passionate, commanding in the courtroom. He is highly respected by his peers as well as those with whom he works in the Federal and State Court Systems. He is a man of principle who has spent time behind bars for contempt when he felt his client was being treated unfairly and needed to make a statement. Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I called a friend to see if she could refer or knew of a lawyer she shared Ballard's information. I called and texted him never saw him face to face. 100% satisfied with his service very well spoken man, answer the phone each time I called reponded to every text. He was very detailed in explaining my case took me step by step as he was holding my hand. literally and I again never met him face to face. Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience. I can see that he treats each of his client with respect and sympathy, and he didn't judge people. Most importantly, he didn't take advantage of people's difficult situation by charging people unreasonably high rate. His retainer fee was extremely reasonable. I hired Lawrence Zimmerman based on a referral from a friend who had used him and said he was the real deal. He was very informative on all subject matter of my charges (DUI) and all aspects of court procedures. He was always prepared, on time and a positive person throughout the whole ordeal. He always stayed positive through all of the motions and hearings letting me know we have a good chance of at least lowering the charges. We went to a bench trial where he was able to work his many years of criminal defending to acquit me on the major offense of DUI. I remember when he was presenting his final statement, he told the Judge that the arresting officer never mentioned the "venue" of where this arrest took place. I had no idea what that meant but that is why I had hired Lawrence. He leaned to me, when they were going to the tape recorder to see if he had / hadn't mentioned the "venue", to tell me "....this is like kicking a field goal in overtime!!" They threw out the charges without question based on Lawrence paying attention to every detail. He always made me feel comfortable with what was going on by explaining in layman's terms to what was happening and why. He presented to the DA and Judge all of the evidence which was a huge part of my acquittal. I have referred many people that said they need a great criminal defense attorney or needs advice. He is a person that you would call your, "Go to guy!" for any matter with the law. I also consider Lawrence a friend of mine! Again, if I was ever in need of a lawyer, Lawrence would no doubt be my "Go to guy!".

I should be sitting in prison but Im not because of this man. I was forced to get out of my vehicle at gunpoint by Marietta PD for accused seatbelt violation. I was also illegally searched during a pat down. He was nearly positive and showed incredible confidence in winning the case whereas other lawyers were quick to assume pleas. He was personable and kept me up to date on the case during the process. Then personally called me when he had gotten my case dismissed. By far the best lawyer I couldve had. He gave me a second chance at life when the system was ready to bury me.

There aren’t superlatives to describe the work Lawrence puts in for his clients. His phone and email never shuts off (and he lets you know that) and his clients are never a bother. From your first conversation with him you will see he’s a very shrewd proactive attorney (aggressive but smart and strategic at the same time) who has the gift of making every client feel like the center of his world. Very happy he came to my aide at easily the worst point in my life...and thrilled with the results (case was dropped with no charges) He also works closely with a private investigator JT Summers, who comes to the table with a very impressive law enforcement resume.

I hired Brandon to be my lawyer the case was drug out over five years he was very Unresponsive to any of my questions very rude try to handle you any kind away when you were paying $5000 constantly have to reach out to him to ask him about what’s going on with your case again very rude and I would not recommend Brandon to anyone he just all about money that’s the all thing that he talks about whenever I’m on the phone with him he sucks‼️ He called me last week saying that he had a disposition and that he will get the paperwork for me of course I had to reach back out to him then he told me you go get the paperwork yourself from the court very unprofessional and I would not use him at all???? Technically he did nothing the state had no proof that’s why my case was dismissed

Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. I would use Howard for any of my legal needs in the future!

My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. From day one of Howard and Ben being on our case they immediately hit the ground running and began working and getting things done within hours that were previously never accomplished from our previous attorneys that had been on our case for 5 months.The mandatory shutdown/ quarantine at this time had no affect on Howard and Ben putting their best foot forward and working relentlessly even while the rest of the world was on pause. They effectively communicated with us and walked us throughout every step of our case while making sure that we were informed on every single detail . We didn’t feel like we where just another client, or just another number they treated us like we were family they actually cared about us and it showed. After working on our case non stop and preparing for trial all of a sudden I received a call from Howard and Ben that literally brung me to my knees with tears of joy. Howard and Ben informed me that all charges against my fiancé were dismissed. Let me repeat all charges were dropped on a case with charges that mounted up to 20 plus years and immediately on the same day my fiancé was released after serving 15 months in the county jail. Howard and Ben were preparing for trial to prove his innocence however without ever having to step foot in a courtroom the charges where dropped. I will tell you there is no doubt in my mind that the only reason that my fiancé wasn’t released sooner was due to having a probation hold and being incarcerated during a pandemic while awaiting trial. Without these unforeseen circumstances I know without a reasonable doubt that my fiancé would have been home even sooner with Howard and Ben on our side. The greatest reward was having my family back, seeing my 3 year old yell “that’s my daddy”, and the smiles on all of our kids and families faces were priceless. I can finally breathe again, the pressure is gone, no more sleepless nights, stress, and tears. So fortunate and blessed to have found Judy Kim's website. My son was facing 5 serious felony accounts over several jurisdictions. I am writing this so all of you looking for a lawyer understand what you are getting. Her fees were incredibly reasonable. If she was busy in court during the day she would return my calls in the evening. Judy knows so many judges and prosecutors and was able to work with them to have 4 of the felonies dismissed and the other reduced and years reduced to months.
