I have been meaning to write this review for a little while now. Luke Gunnstaks is an AMAZING attorney. He is very knowledgeable. He took my complex case and turned it into what looked like “nothing” to resolve. Not only is he great, but his staff is VERY helpful and friendly! I am very blessed that I had Luke Gunnstaks on my side. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been in a high conflict abusive custody battle for over 12 years now. Luke came to me through me through a friend that knew my situation. My ex fled with our son to another state and had abducted him and alienated me. I've had supposed "good" attorneys before but Luke is beyond "good", he's excellent and exceeds in his field! He is a hard worker, and looks for the truth of the matter. He is genius in the courtroom, and a perfectionist on any and all court documents that are drawn up. His staff is extremely helpful, professional, and have it together. He his well known, and is one of the best that does what he does. Although, he's hard to get ahold of and that's just because he's always busy. He always answers and is responsive, to my questions and concerns, through his staff. I've had attorneys that I had to educate, not him!! The only thing is that he can't do the foot work that I can do, as far as, documentation and filing out things that are of my knowledge and experience. I don't want an attorney, I've had them, that will do things like charge for filing out discovery. He is a man of integrity, brilliance, and a heart of gold. If you need some poop cleaned off your shoe from courts and exes, he's the one who shows you how to get it off without getting it all over yourself. He has done what I thought was not possible and got the work done, and cares.

Hired for family law case never filed for the motion to modify visitation . Put a restraining order on my ex causes a lot of problems talking with her lawyer.. unresponsive had us do work on the case he never did anything refused to respond to us didn’t send a itemized statement after months of requests. Reported to board of attorneys who say he won’t respond to them either. Do not hire him he’ll steal your money and vanish

Jane-Ashley takes the time to sit to make sure that you are heard. She is very straight forward about how to handle your case. She and her staff are very patient with all of the outside distractions that come up, to make sure your needs are met. I went to Jane-Ashley for my divorce and for child custody, she was very supportive and very understanding of the emotional distress that comes up in both matters. Divorce can be emotionally and financially devastating . There is no good time. Lawyers, like other professionals, generally charge about the same rates. That's where it stops and we're left with the old adage, "The price is what you paid, but the value is what you got." Let me tell you, there's a chasm rivaling the Grand Canyon between common price and exceptional value and Jane-Ashley McMillan, Counselor is standing on the side of that canyon you want to be on. It's not just anyone's divorce, it's your divorce, your life, your kids, memories, financial security and mental well being. I had a complex situation financially. The urge to argue through lawyers - succumbing to anger, frustration, resentment is not an intelligent thing to do for anyone. Although, it can be a profitable for unscrupulous attorneys. In retrospect, what I needed was someone to manage me as well as the process; guide me through it; ensure I was protected; and -- that my spouse got a fair settlement, because she'd earned it. The problem was, I didn't know that going in. I just knew I'd found the best reference I could through all my lawyer friends. Thank you Jane-Ashley McMillan.

I was looking forward to having an amicus attorney appointed to help represent my children in a case where they were deeply wounded. I had a terrible situation where an ex had really messed up and the kids needed the representation. Before I comment on her though, know that our divorce settled wonderfully and the kids received what was in their best interest in the end, but it was despite the work of Rachel not because of her. She did her work without focus to keys issues and clearly showed an incompetent bias. My impression is that she was quite pretentious and lacked any real skill or knowledge according to the areas that directly affected our children. Her court room appearances were out of step with the tone and direction of the case. Her billing was unclear and money was spent haphazardly and out of proportion to the scope of the issues. I can’t caution you enough, if you are concerned that your money be spent reasonably, clearly and wisely, not to hire Rachel. Aside from my lawyer who was brilliant and fantastic, I would quite literally prefer my ex’s lawyer over Rachel for Family Law matters. My kids were lucky to be protected from her. Yours might not be. Run fast. This is not the lawyer for you.

Camille exceeded my expectations. I knew I needed a counselor with an assertive personality who would be zealous, because I wanted to be confident we would reach a fair outcome, not because I wanted to maximize my share of the settlement. That's exactly what I got, and I felt that she adopted her approach to align with my intentions. I wanted a very logical approach, and was pleased that she spoke my language. I was very satisfied with how responsive and available she was. Since I have almost no comparative knowledge, Regarding value, her method of billing was precisely described at the introductory meeting, and is accurate, thoroughly disclosed, and fair. When shopping for an attorney, a surprising number of my divorced friends said they wouldn't recommend their attorney, for various reasons. That won't be the case for me.

These people wanted 300 dollars an hour just to see if I even had a case....consultations should be free or severerly discounted...... Then a 7500 dollar retainer???......and this is all before you even know if this place is good for you or not......No. Find someone else.

I am a physician. I filled the petition for divorce myself together with a drafted decree. The OC created a decree which was unfair to me and did not match the decree which I drafted myself. I decided to seek legal counseling and came to Ms. Borg. I thought that the top priority was to negotiate a counter offer and reach to settlement. This was not the case. In 3 weeks the retainer of $5000 was consumed mainly in producing discovery documents, answers to interrogatories and inventory and appraisements. These were produced at the last minute. Ms. Borg did not pay attention to details of our discussions. She did not take notes and I had to answer to questions which were asked before and responded to. Of course I had to bear the cost for that. She did not read the decree produced by the OC or my drafted one. I had to point out details of things written in the decree which she was not aware of. I was charged for 4.50 hours, which were spent on the settlement offer or counter offer. However the settlement offer was incomplete at the time of termination of services with Ms. Borg, had some contradictories and did not reflect my actual discussed offer with Ms. Borg. She did not represent my best interest. More than once I had to defend myself with my own counselor. Though she was the one who decided to withdraw from the case over a disagreement of her insisting on me getting the house appraised and me refusing to do it because the OC thought the house price was way less than the market value, I agreed to her withdrawal and signed the motion without contesting it. I am glad that this happened so I could have a counselor who truly represent my best interests and give me sincere legal advises when needed. This short experience was a total disappointment. I would not recommend Ms. Borg to any one. I would encourage you to read negative reviews carefully because I did not pay so much attention to that.

Natalie Gregg and her office made an stressful, emotional, and mentally tough process a lot easier to manage. Especially Amanda, Mary and Natalie! If you put in the work and give them the necessary tools to do their job they do so at the top level. They were able to keep lines of communication open and were aware of what I wanted to achieve and my end goal was and made sure that I was able to achieve that goal. Holly Fuller and Debra Money are AMAZING. Holly made it extremely clear she would take care of me on my case and she has kept her promise during my entire trial! She answers every question I have, regardless of how in depth she has to explain it or how any times she has to explain it. She has always responded to my emails and my phone calls. If she is busy she will let that be known in a professional manner and then respond to me when she has a free moment to do so. She is extremely understanding and patient. Debra is constantly keeping me up to date with my trial. She will email me over the tiniest of information that she feels needs to be addressed. I have called to ask her numerous questions and each time she makes sure I understand and that we are on the same page when it comes to everything. I have NEVER had a negative experience with either Holly or Debra. I would refer anyone to Holly Fuller in a heartbeat.

Giving one star is far more generous than deserved. I’ve called her office multiple times and got a voicemail each time. After leaving multiple messages, I never received a call back. This was over a week of calls to the office. I’ve gone as far as to come to the office in the morning in an attempt to secure an appointment and, although the office hours state 9:30am, nobody is ever there at that time, which is the time I’ve showed up twice now. If you are looking for an attorney who does not return calls and is very difficult to get a hold of, this is your best bet. After several failed attempts with this office, I was able to secure the services of another local attorney who returned my calls within the same day. I understand attorneys are busy, but not returning calls over the course of a week is ridiculous. When going through a divorce, it’s important to have communication with my attorney. I’ve read several good reviews about her, so I’m not sure if these reviews are from family and friends or from clients who used her back before she got “busy”. I recommend going with an attorney and office who has time for you, time to answer questions, and is not a week plus out on returning calls - if you’re even lucky to get one. After doing my research, I’m glad I chose another office. I’m very disappointed in the “service” or lack there of.

I am replacing a scathing review with this one. I do not believe Jennifer Richardson intentionally damaged my children's future. On the surface, parental alienation is extremely difficult to identify, and she was not alone in dismissing my claims, refusing to examine the evidence, and blindly moving forward. In fact, no one took me seriously. It seems surreal that a mother would intentionally, using covert methods, cause so much emotional and pyschological harm to her children just to punish someone else. Covert narcissists are just that--covert. It's insidious, pervasive, and it's the children who bear the brunt of it, yet even while screaming it from the rooftops, with a plethora of evidence, I discovered that people simply do not want to accept the reality, and prefer to dismiss what is not readily apparent because it requires less emotional investment on their part, or because "there are worse parents" out there. Jennifer is just a person, and I'm sure has seen the worst of parents working as an amicus. My prayer is that she will be more alert to this in the future.

I was referred to Jennifer Richardson over two years ago. I was told that she was a straight-shooter who knew her stuff. That is not even scratching the surface. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable, well spoken and passionate about what she does. She IS the exception to the cliches about Lawyers, as she is funny, sensitive and has a heart for her clients and their situations. With Jennifer Richardson on your side, you feel empowered, regardless of your legal issue. She has made such a difference in my life and the lives of my family. She is amazing and a 5⭐ rating doesn't cover it. (Personally, I suspect she has a cape concealed under her suit jacket, because she has been a Super Hero in our lives.)

It is impossible to overstate the level of competence and integrity of these attorneys. I have known Jennifer Richardson and Stuart Brown for many years. From day one, they have demonstrated exactly the sort of humanity, congeniality, professionalism, graciousness, kindness that just blows you away. I wouldn't say that I would get a divorce just so I could use their services; but, sssshhhhhh, my wife just might. Ha. She knows them and loves them too. Their clients adore them. Their peers respect them. The community benefits from their lives. Put more attorneys like Jennifer and Stuart on the planet and it'll ruin those attorney jokes we've laughed at all these years. No client has ever gone wrong by hiring Richardson Brown. None!
