Beau was great while assisting my husband and I with our Will documents. He was very knowledgeable about each item if the document and how it applies to our family. I highly recommend Jason Hoffman for your legal needs. Finding a lawyer you can trust is a difficult process. My husband and I went to Jason because a friend recommended him to us. I expected to meet a typical lawyer who says words they don't really mean and then have you deal with their assistant after you sign on the dotted line. Jason was not like that at all. We dealt directly with him. He explained things in understandable ways. I could tell he meant what he said and his actions confirmed it. He has proven himself to be trustworthy. I highly recommend!!

My experience with Todd Dwire of Dwire Law Offices was the most empowering and eye opening experiences I have ever had in life. This was my first divorce and I knew nothing about my marital finances or debts. If there was a question I had no answer to, Todd NEVER made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the inquiry. He instead educated me and explained why it was important to always ask questions if I didn’t know exactly how much money was coming in and where it was going. Todd and his staff were empowering, sympathetic and supportive during this entire process. He is the type of Attorney that is upfront and honest based on the information he has on hand. If he thinks a desired goal in unrealistic, he will be up front with you and explain the pro’s and the con’s. What I mean by that is, he will always make sure that what is being done is fair. Very professional, deliberate, no nonsense but caring and very responsive is how I would describe Todd Dwire. Divorces can be quite stressful and emotional. Even if they are amicable having an attorney in your corner like Todd to help you through the process is invaluable. Todd helped me understand every step of the process. Received a phone call from Michael at 10:30 pm at night threatening me and telling me I am an idiot. I happen to have this call on speaker phone and my 9 year old daughter sat there listening to him tell me I am a class act and he will see me in court and I am an idiot. I am posting a screen shot of his earlier threatening letter and the incoming call. The fact that I can show that he called me at 10:23 pm on a Friday night to call me an idiot in front of my daughter should be enough to show what kind of firm this is. Then he texts me at 10:44 pm where in the world do these guys come from? Despite being told countless times that he is not to contact me he still does. I suppose between the 2 of them they have 1 client to handle so have much time on their hands. The interesting part is that this appears to be retaliation for filing a complaint with a hospital regarding HIPPA violations. The same hospital where the complaint was filed happens to be staffed by Cedar Valley Medical Specialists which is ran by Gil Irey, one of the reviews found on this website. More supporting photographs have been provided to this review. Plus you can also clearly see that this letter lists more than just the Doctor. Michael Schwartz is admitted Pro Hac Vice so he is not authorized to practice law in Iowa without permission of the court. It means he has not passed the Iowa Bar test to be admitted to practice in the State of Iowa.

*Revised October 2019* I ended up retaining Ms. Lutz again in July 2019. Yet again Ms. Lutz fiercely advocated for the best interest of my family and I. Ms. Lutz gave a very accurate, tenacious, passionate pleading to our Judge that resulted in the legal matter being ruled in my favor. Ms. Lutz presented a complex case and was able to passionately advocate on my families behalf. I was overly pleased with her legal knowledge and ability to put such a complex case together so precise. I will continue to retain Ms. Lutz on all of my legal matters in the future as well as reccomend her to others in need of superb legal representation. I would definitely recommend Jeff Priest if you need a family law attorney. He helped me with my divorce and custody of my kids. I was about to lose custody of my kids, my life was horrible.
