First impression and call the lady who was doing the intake hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I called back to ask did you just hang up or what. And the lady said she would find out who I was talking to and then came on and said we won't be able to help you. Truly the worst service EVER! If I could give it 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. A complete waste of money. Attorney Anthony Rowe did not explain things throughly for an eviction case I started with him. 650 dollars in and I still felt lost. What made matters worse, is that although I took time out of my work day to check in and have him explain things to me, he still didn’t. Half the time he was out of the office, and don’t even bother emailing because you won’t get a response back either way. In one instance, he requested I come in to pay for a court order lock out on a Friday. I took the time and went in, only to be greeted with a “closed until Monday” sign. This was something he could’ve mentioned over the phone instead of wasting my time. For an attorney, he lacks communication skills. The front office staff is a joke as well. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and patiently waited only to have the receptionist hang up on me. I called back and instead of apologizing she simply said they were closed and mentioned Anthony Rowe was on a call. She didn’t even bother to offer a solution such as a next day call back, I had to request this myself. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money. Avoid this law office at all costs

Once I got passed the receptionist who isn't the best person answering their phone. Benjamin Rowe was very pleasant and eager to help with any of my questions I had. Cause by the time I got to speak with him, I already had spoke to several other lawyers that offered me no help at all. But to in form me whatever my case was it would be three hundred for consultation. I haven't met Roy but his partner and the secretary were rude.. They told me my husband have to be with me to set up a joint trust and if not I could go elsewhere. Do I really need to be told to go elsewhere? My husband works night and I work day. We have three kids which was why I asked if he could start with me first and my husband later. I came to Law Offices of Robert P Bergman because my wife and I needed an estate plan. Literally had zero, not even some notes scrawled on a post-it. I decided Law Offices of Robert P Bergman was the right firm for me because we heard Bob speak on estate planning at a seminar after a friend recommended him. My favorite thing about working with Law Offices of Robert P Bergman was that Bob was personable, clearly knowledgeable about both the law and its real world applications, extremely competent, and had created an efficient process to identify and create the right estate planning components. The outcome after all of the work put in by the firm was we opted for a living trust, with provisions for life insurance, child care in case of our own demise, an estate distribution that avoiding probate, tax benefits, and other important components. But the key feature was the feeling of security, the elimination of uncertainty and anxiety over the future. Nobody wants to think about their expiration, and we had avoided that, and the needed planning, for many years. Once done, we got a lot of serenity. As a result, aside from the practical benefits, it gave us security - no more amorphous worry about "what will happen to my spouse, or children, or business?" - were i to be devoured by a great white shark while surfing, for instance.
