After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Chris Hoffman was so kind and so helpful! He patiently & thoroughly explained the process for my personal injury case (car accident) and gave me all the tools and information I needed to decide if I wanted to pursue the case and did not make me feel pressured to hire him at all.
